The room was exactly as advertised in the photos. This was my second stay here at Royal Star, and it's a really good deal. For transport, I only called Didi, but I did see a subway station nearby that was literally just across the street which is convenient. Location is just around five minute drive to Tianhe and around 10 minutes to Pazhou to Canton Fair.

The staff and people around are some of the most polite and helpful people I have ever seen. I live in Asia. I have traveled all over the world, Europe, the Americas, and Africa, but staff and people are so ready to help with anything - they go way out of their way to help. I have never experienced something like that.

The location is the best to the whole city, the front desk and house keeper are very friendly and helpful.

the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀

Me quedé 4 días en estos apartamentos y de entrada creo tienen buena relación precio-valor. Están amoblados pero en la cocina no hay utensilios ni vajilla, sólo vasos y tazas; la cama y el cuarto son cómodos, pero como pasa en muchas partes de ese país, es difícil comunicarte en inglés.

Attended Canton Fair, perfect for what I needed. Easy to catch Didi to Fair. 30-40min Didi to Baiyiun Airport. Easy, dramaless.

Close to mtr station, good communication, clean

Great hotel with spacious and well equipped rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience!

Overall, it’s really good for the price we paid. Daily cleaning is done well. Sofa is abit old and dirty so maybe time to choose.

Excellent staff, good breakfast, and clean apartments. Located near Metro and has shuttle to Canton fair. Made our stay help easy.

Apartment good condition but offers kitchen as a feature for self catering but no kitchen utensils or crockery so could not use this facility. Comfort level not too bad usual super hard beds which is the norm for most apartments. Cleaning was average staff were ok as far as customer service goes.

Otherwise a nice property made us feel eh, simply because a) FD staff was very unengaging, b) the loft's upper decks had very low ceiling, c) we had 3 towel sets though the booking was for four, d) the room's air was filthy owing to possible former smokers, e) the bathroom was small, f) above all, it wasn't the value for that much money we paid, so not recommended highly..

For $100 a night, 2 story, 2 big screen tv's, full kitchen (you need to ask for pots, pans and silverware), 2 air conditioners, washer/dryer (ask for soap packets), this place is incredible!!
