Nice place. Good location.

This property is amazing. My husband and I wanted to change the rest of our trip just to stay here longer. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing, they bring service to whole new level. We did visit the hotel bar and again, great service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this haven to anyone!

Impeccable service, beautiful rooms, perfect location!

We loved our stay! The hotel was top tier, walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. The service was impeccable and most importantly, the breakfast was so delicious!! I highly recommend getting the breakfast because the selection was more than what we expected and the quality of the food/service was outstanding! Our room was very spacious, clean and the bathroom was very aesthetically pleasing. Thank you again for making our stay perfect.

We loved our stay!! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was beautiful and so clean. The nightly turn down service was so lovely. The spa was beautiful and our massage treatments were amazing! Breakfast was excellent as well.

Attention to detail and etiquette of the staff were of the highest standard. The hotel itself was absolutely superb, and the room was finished to a high standard and not tired like you see with other hotels. Anyone visiting Porto should come and stay here for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location!

The hotel is majestic and the location is superb. Can’t be beaten. However, some members of the staff were arrogant and dismissive. After we complained, the manager apologized profusely.

Staff at this hotel were excellent. Some of the best staff I have experienced in Europe.

The concierge assistance was fantastic for dinner recommendations and for things to do in the city and the Douro Valley and wine tasting reservations The concierge made all the reservations for us

This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with. Location was great . Very walkable to most of the areas we wanted to see
