The hotel was ok

Stayed here for move in for my daughter to her dorm at Marist. It was a great location and nice room. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Worst hotel experience ever. Very strong mildew smell triggered my allergies severely, and I needed a new room. Found random hair in my room, bathmats and towels were damp, shower had no hot water, loud people in halls until 3am kept me awake. I would not recommend anyone stay here, in fact, the health department should be notified regarding the mold/mildew odor in the basement, which is a floor with hotel rooms on it.

The lobby, bar, and lounge area were very nice.

First room was in basement, as soon as we got out of the elevator it smelled moldy and there were air purifiers all down the hallway, once arrived at room door connecting to storage room was open and did not close and the outside door to storage was also opened, felt u safe. We were offered a room upstairs, it looked nice clean and organized. It was very late and Fido price until the morning there was mold in the ceiling.

Front desk staff was nice!! It's nice that coffee is always available. The hotel hallways and room had a funky smell to them. Also, only a couple of the tv channels worked.

The room smelled like mold, the TV didn’t have all of the channels advertised (no kids channels) and also didn’t work for streaming. We were traveling with two small children, so the TV not working was very inconvenient. Dining and bar was closed the whole time we were there (Friday to Saturday). Definitely not worth what we were charged for the room.

The hotel tv stations was bad I couldn’t really watch any thing and there was ants everywhere on the table in the bed. But it was ok either then that

I enjoyed my stay. The location its very accessible to many points of travel. The service was very excellent.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms were dirty and poor maintenance conditions.ac in common areas was out and it was super hot unless in your room.

Bar and food services limited. Room was well maintained.

Very quiet

The Hotel had a mold issue my wife is asthmatic we had to change rooms twice second time we were switched to a Queen size bed when we had been reserved to a King size bed people screaming through Hallways late at night we had tough time sleeping me and my family will not be staying at that hotel again.

This hotel is 2 star. I am disabled and they tried to put me in a damp musty room in the basement. It was obvious that there had been a flood. When I went back upstairs the desk man wouldn’t even come out his office. I HG offered me points for a free night. I asked for a call from a supervisor. No call back.
