The hotel is amazing! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, always greeting with a smile. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

The hotel is nice and modern but the location is bad, there is nothing near by and everything need a car. And the pool is so small

Best stay we’ve experienced in Beirut. The staff is sooo welcoming, room VERY clean and the food amazing!! I can’t compliment enough this hidden gem. We’re planning to use this hotel every time we visit going forward. When at the bar, ask for “Tropical Joe”...he can make a really, really awesome drink!

Brand new hotel in an ancient city with industrial chic decor. The staff was attentive and friendly. The location is ideal, close enough to everything yet far enough not to waste time in traffic getting to your hotel.

Bad location (hard to get an Uber to Beirut), hotel is new but not yet ready (pool on the roof still closed), personal is very friendly but unprofessional (private phone calls, etc), military area directly next to the hotel. The strategy and philosophy of the hotel is nice but doesn’t work so far. Cannot recommend it.
