Everything perfect and great location. Bed so comfortable

The hotel was nice, comfortable, clean, and close to the Yokohama Cruise Port. I happened to only stay one night while waiting for the cruise to dock at the port the next day. However, the check-in time was too long at 3:00 PM Japan time. Even though I was really tired and sleepy, I wanted to be able to check in at least at 1:00 PM, but I couldn't. It was a shame for the guests who had arrived early, tired, and sleepy, who were told to wait until 3:00 PM. Then there was the long queue again 😭 Luckily, the check-in process didn't take long because it was systemized with sophisticated technology, just scanning the barcode was all it took.

I booked the room with no windows as it the cheapest room but they provide me a room with beautiful view. Although the room is quite small and compact, but their facilities including the bathroom is best with bathup and hot water. They also have laundry facilities -coin laundry, Family mart, bending machine, ice machine, microwave, public bath, and even massage chairs. The access is quite comfortable from Haneda Airport to Sakuragicho station, and walak for around 10minutes. It was my third Times for staying in APA Yokohama. I keep coming back to this hotel as I like the view, the service and facilities. Thank you APA.

Konbini store 24 hours on 4th floor, the hotel is very strategic, only 15 mins walk to Sakuragicho Station.

Very convenient and close to minatomirai

They provide luggage and bag storage with an efficient system. You can fill out the storage form via the web, and save the QR code on your phone to pick it up later. The location is very close to tourist attractions so walking is not too tiring. For rooms that are not too big, it might be a bit difficult for you to open a large suitcase in the room, but you can store your suitcase under the bed.

The hotel has a very large hot tub. After a day of sightseeing, it was very refreshing to soak in. The single room was a bit small but fully equipped.

The location is very strategic, easy to reach by public train, and walking from the train station is also quite short, also to the event venue to Pacific north Yokohama, interesting places around are also within walking distance ... I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Yokohama. We did not order breakfast so we do not know how the food is at this hotel restaurant

Very good location, nice lobby. Very helpful staff. At the lobby, you also can send your luggage to another city.

The room is small but clean. I will not recommend this place if you have big suitcases. I had to alternate with my friend to fully open our suitcase because we could only do it in front of the door. There are two convenience stores on the 4th floor. I stayed during the long weekend, and the hotel was crowded with locals and foreigners. The nearest station is Bashamichi Station, and it's around 600 meter walk from the hotel.

Everything was good, the location was great, plus they give you free onsen. Excellent.

It was definitely a perfect place to sit back and relax. The view is beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, it has 2 Family Mart inside, massage chairs also available, the onsen also available. The check-in procedure was very smooth. Everyone lined up for the check-in and waited until 3 PM. The hotel is located near the station and only 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stop to Haneda Airport. Very very convenient. The price is very reasonable for all the facilities they provide. I'll definitely come back here and recommend it 🫶🏼 thank you so much for making my stay in Minato Mirai truly worthwhile and memorable.

The hotel is very comfortable, the toiletries and other bathroom accessories are also complete. The room size is Japanese hotel standard which is classified as "mini". Hotel hairdryers and kimonos are also available, hotel facilities such as onsen and swimming pool are also very good. The view and location are super strategic. The nearest station is Bashamichi Station, only 350 m. Most importantly, if you come here, don't forget to bring tea bags, because the only thing the hotel provides is Ocha tea.

Hotel sangat recommended banget, hotel bintang 3 fasilitas bintang 5. Walaupun agak jauh dari jalan raya, tapi dekat dengan dermaga dan Yamasitha Park. Ada fasilitas spa genyo yang wajib dicoba, fasilitas sauna gratis dan harus telanjang bulat kalo mau masuk. Kalo ke Yokohama wajib nginap di sini.

Brand new hotel. Room is quite compact, typical of a Japanese modern hotel. View was amazing on the minato mirai facing side as you can see the bay and cosmo world. Amenities are awesome. The bathroom has a tub. Water bottles were provided on day two onward. There are public bath/onsen that have multiple types of bath. There are two Family Marts inside the hotel as well. Microwaves are available on certain floors. Check in process was quite seamless. Check out process was even better as you only need to drop the key card inside a machine. Great location as well, near the station. Highly recommended for those not mind about the price.
