Rude front desk staff. They didn’t provide the Expedia gold benefits. The air conditioner was very noisy. The only really nice thing was the pool.

This is a nice hotel but its showing it's age. However it has excellent views and is located in the rich neighborhood in Manaus. The pool also has amazing views. The elevators take forever and one elevator is down, you could wait 5 minutes for an elevator if its busy. Overall its a good place to stay for a couple days.

The hotel is located in a safe area, and we enjoyed the view from our room. However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The glass in the shower was noticeably dirty, and the bedroom had a worn and outdated appearance. With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, it could be a much better experience.

The infinity pool by the river is incredible. The bar is good, food is average. The rooms are dated and unclean, and you could not leave the air con on, so the room was stifling every time you walked in. The corridors were dark and dank, and smelt musty. Good location but needs improvement.

The shower needs to be cleaned with no black areas. Toilet flushing were weak otherwise the food was good especially the fries.

The best pool in all of Manaus, good staff, most spoke English or could find me someone who could. Room was clean, cool and comfortable.

The location is a positive, but you are isolated with only the hotel restaurant for food. The menu is varied but the dining room is like a diner with paper napkins and everything in packets, including silverware. The infinity pool is well situated but is in disrepair as is most of the hotel. The weather and humidity take a toll on the property but there is a lax attitude towards repair. This is better than staying in downtown Manaus, but it is definitely not a high end hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable but the smell of mildew and the wheezing A/C were a downer. This property has so much promise if even a little effort was put into it. Front desk staff was pleasant, but be prepared to pay upfront for everything. Room service was expensive and took over 1.5 hours and 2 phone calls to get after a 12 hour excursion day. Dinner arrived at 10pm.

Location directly on the Amazon River is the highlight. Rooms are dated but good size. Hot water took a long time. Food and food service was great.

The staff was friendly and spoke English which was helpful. The location is nice, right on the river. It is 15-30 minute drive, depending on traffic, to get downtown to see the cultural attractions. There is a restaurant inside but no others within walking distance. We were able to walk to Ponte Negra where they had street vendors. A was a good hotel, but if we did it again, we would stay downtown for more restaurant options and culture.

My room was filthy and old. There were small cockroaches every day I was there which indicates a lack of cleanliness all over.

The view was awesome, good location but not so much comfort in the room. Weak water to flush the toilet, not so much control with the AC, TV or instructions.

Very average property. Needs a renovation, but okay for a short term stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit outside the way of the touristy parts of Manaus but it’s pretty much way to get an Uber.
