The room was very good indeed, and the service was fair, too. Breakfast was minimal, but not a terrible quality. One thing that can drastically change your mood is the attitude that you may receive from some of the receptionists. In my case, the lady at the desk when I was checking out showed a nasty attitude. Plus, she refused to give me a receipt of payment, because she said I had booked the hotel through a third party. This didn't make any sense to me. I paid to the hotel, so why can't I ask for a receipt?! I didn't have time to argue with her, nor did I wish to engage with a single-digit IQ, but I hope the management considers this review seriously.
