What a great hotel!!! The room was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Most importantly the staff were superb!!!

From arrival the staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and topped up regularly. We had drinks on the rooftop bar which is stunning. We didn’t manage to make use of the hotel spa as we made the most of our days out and beautiful weather. Would highly recommend this hotel we had a lovely stay, comfortable, quiet and close to everything we needed.

Stayed for three nights and really liked the hotel, breakfast was good and the rooftop restaurant was excellent. The only negative was that the weight machine within the gym was broken so was unable to use that.

Great location, we stayed in room 102 - it was quite large and had a bathtub. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, and on a very quiet little street. Breakfast was good for a boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and. Helpful.

The staff was so very welcoming when we arrived! It was almost as if we were great friends who hadn't seen each other for a while, and they were so very happy to catch up!

Overall it was a nice hotel and great location to trains etc. Becareful I went to the wrong location. Make sure you go to old town. I was a little disappointed they wouldn’t let me check in early. They do have a luggage area. I wished they would have put my name on the bags. The room was nice and quiet. The beds were hard so I put a comforter down to make it less firm. The staff aren’t very friendly. I wish the towels were softer. If you do not use cleaning service they give you a small gift.

We travelled to Budapest and stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was super helpful, went above and beyond to accommodate my vegan requirements for breakfast, the chef went to the supermarket to buy stuff for me. The hotel is in a quiet area but so close to everything, Breakfast was lovely, room clean and comfortable. I would absolutely return here. Many thanks, chef and staff at the reception for making our stay so pleasant

staffs were friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Loved it. Walking distance to most attractions. They arranged transport to pick us up at 3:45 a.m. to go to the airport and it was on time. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when we go back to Budapast.
