Excellent ..Very friendly and humble staff .

We had a wonderful week at Secret view hotel. We had the private pool room and it was beautiful. Food was delicious in the restaurant, somewhat expensive but large portions so we soon learned to share things. Wine etc is also quite expensive but it’s Santorini and it tends to be. The staff were all very attentive and if you needed anything they were always happy and quick to provide. WONDERFUL views of the sunset from the bar which was the perfect place to have an evening drink. And only 15 minute walk into Oia. Uphill mind you. Overall a great choice for us

The site, the staff, everything was top notch. An amazing experience!

The service is ! I did not like that we had to pay for coffee when supposedly coffee is supposed to be included. Breakfast could use major improvement. Orange juice was processed, not fressly squeezed. fresh squeezed orange juice was available at a much higher price. This hotel truly has five star potential if they change their breakfast, and include good coffee. The coffee was terrible.

Great stay

Friendliest staff I have encountered in my travels. Demitry stood out as a most helpful, willing to please, and extremely social. Everyone else did not fall behind, superb courteous, friendly and pause great attention to detail.

The positive: VERY friendly staff! While the rooms were clean and modern, they felt sterile and lacking of character. The property is right on a busy road and we heard motorcycles and other traffic all night long. The mattress was rock hard and uncomfortable; the pillows were like huge overstuffed lumps….leaving us with aching backs and necks. Secret View looks pretty on the surface and in photos, but if you’re looking for comfort and quiet, this is not the place for you. Breakfast was underwhelming, with minimal included options, compared to other places we’ve stayed on the island.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a great location, just a short walk to Oia and even closer to Finikia which has some great places to eat. The food at secret view was average, the night menu is very poor so wouldn’t recommend that. Otherwise a nice stay.

i usally dont do reviews,but i promised all the employees i came in contact with i would.its the only way i can say thank you all for your sincere wonderful warm culture,your services provided,your immediate attention to a request. this place is a great stay off the beaten path of OIA & FRIA.its a short taxi ride to both places.nothing about this place will disappoint you.

Was unimpressed with our stay at this hotel, considering the price of it, they didn’t even offer a proper cup of coffee in the mornings at breakfast. Breakfast choices were really limited and small portions. Not a great location, we had to use taxis every night to get into Oia- so keep this in mind when booking. Not impressed and was really disappointed with the services given the prices.

I wish this location was closer to shops and restaurants, nothing was within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the service excellent!

The accommodation and staff were truly 5 star. The distance to Oia was a 5 minute walk and the local restaurants were amazing. The only downside we had was the size of the rooms, which we could not fit two suitcases on the ground and the beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise this stay would be a 5 star!

Beautiful hotel, with lovely team members. Stunning view, pools and rooms. We were welcomed by the lovely team and a welcome cocktail. We Only things that could improve is breakfast, it was continental breakfast which you ordered the night before but everything was cold including eggs and toast each day. The rooms could do with extra insulation as we had a baby next door which woke us up each night crying.
