Overall OK, but some of the room extensions weren’t working. I hope they’ll repair them and improve things moving forward. The best part is the walking-distance access to the beach, jetskis, parasailing, and more. You can also reach Ferringhi Bay Foodcourt via the beach, walking through Parkroyal and Hard Rock Hotel.

Will come again.. My kids love soo much..

Highly recommend. Very spacious family room fitted for 5 people. Cozy and warm room. We all love this room so much. We will come back again next time...

Easy to access to the beach, which is very convenient. Swimming pools was very clean too. The room is big, however the bedframe is way bigger than the bed hence the side drawer is very far 🥲 If you need to charge your phone while lying down, I suggest you to carry extension plug 🤣

Resort is old and run down, breakfast is bad and not diverse Rooms are spacious but quite old

The resort is big and has many amenities but is quite old, the 3-person room with a balcony facing the sea is very nice However, the extra bed is very shabby, like a hospital bed, old, the bed sheets and blankets are messy, the furniture is old, the beach area has many crows and bugs Bad breakfast buffet, few choices

Very friendly front office and in-house restaurant staff. The room was clean and tidy with daily cleaning services. Close to the beach with a clean swimming pool. We had a good time.

The hotel is ok, the parking lot is spacious, the beach is beautiful and clean. The swimming pool for the children is also beautiful.

The beach must be made better.
