The hotel's location is very easy to reach by bus (because there is a bus stop in front of the hotel), and is helped by staff who can speak Malay.

Friendly staff and fast response. The location is quite strategic, and public transportation is also quite good. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Access to the nearest MRT station is also good.

We asked for upgrade on the spot, since the room only for 2 people. The upgrade and payment for the rest was made easy. They even notice my sister's birthday when checking her passport, what a pleasant surprise. Smooth check-in and check out, quiet neighborhood too. Nice access to bus too (especially 130 & 145)

Strategically located, there are many eateries around the hotel. The hotel's water is strong and clean, with drinking water directly from the tap, saving on water purchases.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the environment is clean and easy to access to restaurants and shops.
