I've stayed here twice in the past year. Last time was in family suite 662 👍. The staff is friendly.

Strategic location close to everywhere, food is decent, the room is not soundproof, on the 6th floor above the kids were running around noisily until 2 am, so we stayed for two days, so we couldn't sleep, the hotel is old but well maintained.

The room is comfortable, soundproof, the environment and room are clean, and the service is very friendly. They provide a bag if you want to go out too early. Overall, it's really good.

Recommended as a hotel near Kuta. I'll definitely be back.

The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, the hotel staff is very professional.

The location and friendly staff are okay, the food is quite good, what's not so great is the elevator, which is old and dirty, as well as the lighting and access card system. Our access card (we were on the 5th floor) couldn't be used because when it rained, we had to use the inner corridor (usually past the swimming pool). However, after repeated attempts, we couldn't open the access door on the 5th floor or the access door on the 1st floor.

Friendly receptionist, quite varied food.

Everything is good. Only the toilet flash disk needs to be fixed because it often doesn't work. Also, please provide more variety of Indonesian food.

random weekend stay with my mother because she remembers Aston Kuta has the best breakfast buffet (she stayed before covid) and it definitely didn’t miss. love the buffet so much and i have the hard time leaving the restaurant lol look forward to my next stay sometime soon!

10 minutes from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. A wide selection of Indian specialties. Close to a supermarket.
