Large room, cold AC, hot water runs smoothly, breakfast can be ordered at the reception, check in/out process is fast, quiet atmosphere, close to boat rentals to see dolphins.

The place is comfortable. Highly recommended. Perfect for a place to stay while on holiday in Singaraja.

It is not worth staying here, the service and cleanliness are very bad, really disappointing.

This location gives falls information about itself. Very dirty location. Bad staff. Telling there’s no restaurant and at the poststamp pool people are getting food (Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng). Overall the place is not more werths than 1 star facility

We had a family vacation at this hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room. It's a family-friendly hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The amenities in the room and bathroom were complete. There was even an electric scale in the room. I don't know what it was for. 😃. The swimming pool is quite spacious, and the hotel is located on the beach. The downside is that the breakfast options are only fried rice, fried noodles, and white bread, plus an omelette. There was no bread on the second day. And the food tasted terrible. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and the signal in the hotel area was very poor.

When booking, there was a refrigerator facility but it turned out there wasn't one. If it was Traveloka's fault, there should have been compensation according to the facilities offered.

stayed for 1 night. its a Nice experience, staff is very helpful And always ready to help whenever needed. I think place is itself not fully iperational , so few things are not into the line but its okay. hopefully next visit it will be fully operational.

The room is ok, clean and big, but unfortunately the staff is really rude and almost all of them are not welcoming at all to the guests. Giving the key, showing the room from afar with a grumpy face. Never reviewed because I am a platinum member here, but this is the first time I want to review because I am so disappointed with the service

The suite room is very lacking, especially the toilet, because I only have 2 rooms, it feels too big with lots of partitions, the AC is not cold enough and is dirty, maybe it needs to be looked at again, the staff are friendly

previous guest's used towels are still in the bathroom, dirty stair access, only 1 electrical socket in the room in bathroom 1, parking lot is not spacious enough, reception is not 24 hours because in the morning I wanted to go to the dolphin tour to get the car key, there was no one guarding the reception. The plus side of the hotel is that there is access to the beach, the room is quite good, there is a bath up and there is a blakon even though it is the usual type.

This is my second time coming here, and it's still great.

The staff is friendly and responsive, when our room was not suitable we asked for a change and it was changed immediately, the downside was that facilities such as coffee, tea, and toothbrushes were not available during our stay, and the hot water was also not hot.

God willing, if I go on holiday I will go there again to stay.

The staff was very helpful especially when I was sick. They looked for eucalyptus oil. Thank you, my sister, I forgot to ask her name. She was very friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stop by again next time.

Bit old, but what you pay is what you get. Smart TV, fridge, bath tub, internet. Well equipped.
