It wasn't clear that our room was in the basement, and despite saying there's a lift, the lift didn't serve the basement. It was very difficult to park our rental car anywhere near. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, but the apartment itself was clean, spacious and overall it was a good experience.

The apartment is fine to stay at BUT the wifi / internet is hopeless - so if the thinking of taking a firestick - I would look elsewhere. I stayed there at Easter and Whitsuntide holidays just - same both times

Booked to take my two boys on a mini break on my own for the first time, was close to the airport, and shops and bars on the front, had a lovely but small pool area, but there was always beds and the kids loved it - could see all the pool at all times so also gave me chance to relax on the bed whilst watching them both. All staff were fantastic and could not have been more accommodating on our last day when we had to check out some 12 hours before our flight (hotel was fully booked so no option for late check out this time). Lovely and clean showers and locked luggage room… would definitely use again for a quick get away

Not like in the pictures. Its dirty. We ask not enter our room they did anyways. The only good thing was it was close to the beach and the area around it. The beds were super uncomfortable. I do recommend the area but not necessarily the place.

Sound proofing was very poor, definitely something that could do with addressing

Nice quiet hotel but with access a very short walk away to supermarkets restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and the pool area was spotless. Pool was lovely. Bar was dead. We never even saw anyone in there. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Pool towels available for 5 euros and a refundable deposit. We wanted to cook a few meals but there wasn’t even a colander or a small paring knife. The fridge had a door shelf missing and no door on the freezer. We managed. Minor points and we would definitely return as its location is perfect.

Good stay at the apartment. Close to bus stops, groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The only observation is their towels can use an upgrade as it is worn out, off white colour now. Other than that, a good and comfortable stay.

Great location. Lovely clean place. Only thing was a limited menu but maybe as we went early in the season. Plenty of lovely bars / restaurants for tapas nearby though !

An exceptional service and standards again...this was a return visit and it didn't disappoint as everything was perfect. The staff and accommodation is very high standard.

Property in ideal location, quiet, near everything and beach. Complex absolutely spotless, towel change 3 times a week and apartment very big. Only negative is sun gone from pool early in the day.

We enjoyed a spacious apartment with large bedroom, large kitchen/living room with balcony overlooking the pool, and two well equipped bathrooms. It was serviced on alternate days, which was perfectly adequate. Staff on the front desk and cleaning staff were always cheerful, welcoming and helpful. There is a beautifully maintained sub-tropical garden with two very clean and large pools, one of which is shallow for young children. Thanks for a great stay!

Ble først skuffet over rom i underetasjen uten mulighet til å se ut fordi det ikke var informasjon om det på Hotels.com. Men alt var pent og rent og betjeningen veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Beliggenheten var perfekt med nærhet til strand, butikker og restauranter. For en kort tur var det perfekt med 5 min til flyplassen i taxi.

Hotellet var rent og pænt dejligt poolområde vi endte med et værelse i kælderen, når man åbnede vinduet kiggede man lige ind i en mur, kunne godt ha brugt en altan, men værelset var pænt.

Stort sett blid og imøtekommende betjening som smiler og hilser når man kommer, hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Men enkelte trekker ned standarden. Noen kan oppfattes som litt sure og grinete, enten de sitter i resepsjonen eller står i baren.

L’hôtel est bien situé, avec un supermarché juste en bas, et la plage et l’aéroport sont à proximité. C’est idéal pour visiter la baie de Palma. Le studio était agréable et la piscine très appréciable. Nous avons toutefois rencontré une fuite d’eau dans notre logement. Bien que l’intervention ait été rapide, nous aurions préféré une solution plus complète, même si on nous a assuré que ce n’était pas dangereux. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Apartament was very quiet, cleaning three times a week and kind people. Check in and check out very fast, with taxi in 2 minutes. Will come back
