Incredible experience.

Everything went well. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Breakfast wasn't a huge spread, but it was more than sufficient. The room was comfortable, well-equipped. The surrounding property is amazing and very peaceful.

Staff was not very pleasant - not sure if they were just tired of dealing with tourist. Breakfast was disappointing - mainly because two large tour groups staying at the hotel had eaten there before we got there at 8 am and so food selection was scarce and slowly being replenished.

Excellent views of the city. Nearby to main attraction. Beautiful location and walkable surroundings well worth it. Clean comfortable room. A bit far from the center of town.

I had a wonderful stay at Parque Hotel! The location is truly exceptional, nestled right within the park, offering a serene and natural environment. Carolina was fantastic! She helped in every possible way even finding a taxi for us to the wedding venue. Service at Hotel do Parque was great 5⭐️

A top Bom Jesus do Monte. Very quiet at night and very limited dining options without driving. If you are looking for active nightlife, this is not the hotel for you. We had a suite and loved the room.

Hotel in a very beautiful spot overlooking Bom Jesus but limited dining options available (particularly if you’re vegetarian). Continental breakfast fairly basic but does the job. Staff were super helpful on reception and housekeeping do a good job.

The property is ok but 4 stars seem like a stretch. Shower lets all the water come out from under the door(an accident waiting to happen) and we could not lower the temp in the room. We had to turn off the AC and open the window. Staff was corteous and professional.

The location of the hotel is right next to the Bom Jesus church, tranquil and serene overlooking the city. Staff is generally friendly. Room is clean and modern, comfortable except for a constant humming sound from a neon light transformer. Breakfast is plentiful. I am impressed by the orange machine that squeezes real oranges. Dinning is in another building. Food is top notch. Service is perfect. My wife and I have been travelling across Portugal for ten days, this surrounding is the best!
