Really impressed by the location, friendly staff and quality of the room. When we had a problem with the TV it was promptly sorted out.

Loved the stay and the rooftop pool was awesome!

My overall stay was ok, average at best. There were 2 or 3 people working the front desk who thought it’d be funny to target me and abuse me on my first 3 days of staying there until I blew up on them then it stopped then things were ok. What did they do you might wonder? They kept resetting the key to my room whereby I had to go up and down the hotel multiple times per day everyday the first few days to have them set it straight again because it would magically “not work” and I was being told their system is old and needed an upgrade and it was a hotel wide issue. After doing some talking to other staff members and guests I found out that I was the only one having the issue and realized I was being targeted and that’s when I snapped and lost it at the front desk staff. After that my card magically kept working fine and had no issues. They didn’t offer me anything for the troubles they caused me nor did they acknowledge any wrong doing. If other staff members weren’t nice and polite then I wouldn’t even want to give them one star at all. The property is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, maybe when it was brand new but it is definitely dated and I would rate it a 2 star hotel at best. Cheers!

Clean ease access to the beach and restaruante

I liked the location. Parking was convenient. Nice staff and updated decor.

The hotel is a fair walking distance from most of the main attractions, which might be inconvenient for some. The facilities and decor feel quite outdated and would definitely benefit from a modern uplift. That said, it served its purpose for a short stay, nothing special, but it did the job. I’d rate it as average overall.

We're requesting your approval to cancel the booking with no fees for our customer for 2 night/s because the customer due to the pool being unsuitable for his children, as the pool is very deep and is not suitable for small children only for adults and it was a big aspect of their vacation

Amazing!

Lovely hotel, rooftop pool is amazing and they have a bar on roof too. Breakfasts are fabulous with a range to suit e everyone. Location is ideal - 5 mins from beach and 20 min walk along front to Marbella main town… lots of bars cafes shops along the way. Will definitely return again 😎

We stayed with family who live there but because we have two small children we decided to stay in hotel. This was fine hotel , nothing particularly wrong just needs refresh.

The hotel was horrible. They had no AC so even i winter it was 26C in the room which made ot impossible to sleep. The hotel is old and run down. You have to pay 25 euros tonuje the indoor pool for 1,5h! Children and teenagers up to 17 years old pay half price but arę only allowed in between 11am-12:30 (1,5h) you can only go on the biur every 2 hours. Ridiculous rules. The sevice at reception also not very helpful. We had this hotel booked for 4 nights but left after 2 nights and had to pay for a new hotel. This one was so terrible.

Rooms and beds ok, flooring and general upkeep poor. Restaurant for breakfast is good. Spa is in poor condition, we were enjoying the experience until 2 loud young men came in and quietness was NOT enforced.

Loved our partial sea view sunset! Everyone was super nice and helpful!

Bathtub was dirty little grimy overall great!

Great stay. Great location as we enjoy the promenade walk to town in one direction and Banus in the other. Good, spacious room and great breakfast with chef to cook eggs of choice.
