We loved our stay here! The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast selection every morning including dairy free options for me. The pool area was beautiful as well. Just a short walk to beaches in the area and the old town.

There wasnt enough chairs around the pool, to many people. Staff were really accommodating but very busy, parking around the back is recommended, breakfast is nice, got choices.

The breakfast was great, but the rooms felt pretty basic and not very cozy. The bathroom had a bit of a mildew smell. Parking seemed random, with cars on sidewalks and scattered spots. The beach is about a 10–15 minute walk away.

We paid for what perceptively was one of the nicer “Suite” rooms - Room 14. Which is in the main part of the hotel complex but sandwiched between the breakfast/kitchen below and rooms above. Consistently each morning between about 6-10am the screeching of furniture across tiles, slamming doors, and the sound of grinding metal gates kept us up from a relaxing sleep. I come on holiday to relax and rest, not wake up at 6am as if I were going to work. One of the key tenants of a hotel is providing sleep, and unfortunately this room fails miserably. Other improvements are there really aren’t enough sun loungers for the size of hotel, and bizarrely the breakfast doesn’t have pastel de nata which was a shame considering it’s Portugal. It’s a shame because the room itself is nice, and the rest of the hotel and staff are great overall. I’d just recommend getting a top floor room, bringing ear plugs, and being a heavy sleeper. I probably wouldn’t stay here due to not being guaranteed a quiet night sleep

For starters, Jessica was amazing—she helped us plan a perfect day with a great local lunch and a peaceful beach where we easily found chairs and an umbrella. The staff was super attentive, and the AC here was the best we had during our whole Europe trip! The hotel is quite a walk to the marina, but close enough to restaurants and bars in the town center. It is also close enough to a few picturesque beaches. The main pool was a bit crowded in the afternoon, but luckily there’s a second pool across the street. We stayed in the attic suite—spacious and charming, though the spiral staircase and slanted ceilings were a bit tricky. Still, totally worth it for the relaxing atmosphere and great service!

The accomodation was perfect for exploring Lagos. It was a 10 minute walk into the old town and a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk for the beaches and spectacular clifftop views. The hotel has great staff who were willing to help you and always greeted you with a smile. The rooms had everything you needed and lovely traditional decor tastefully done. They aren't trying to be a 5 Star hotel but you can see everyone takes pride in the hotel to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be. The breakfast had plenty of choices for a continental breakfast. Very happy with what was offered and it was available until 11am which is perfect for a lazy morning person like myself. I normally go for hotels or guest houses that have tidy rooms, so I can leave my bags and go explore. This time I was happy to stay around. I think many guests were thinking similarly because some stayed by the pool all day. The pool lounge chairs are a premium, which meant that if you didn't time it right you would miss out on a lounge chair but it didn't stop me from taking a dip to refresh

Great two nights here. We ended up in the newer building just off site. At first it seemed strange to be away from the main section but it ended up being a great advantage. It was a newer building with fewer units and a great pool that we pretty well had to ourselves. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from.

The ambience was very calming with the beautiful gardens along the walkways. Breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold items and was one of the best we have had included in a hotel price. We stayed in the guest house which also had a pool. Only drawback was our patio was right beside the pool loungers others were using. Overall a quiet stay in a convenient location. 5 minute walk to the beach with great service,

Stunning property with excellent staff. We originally planned to stay here for a few nights but liked it so much we extended our stay. Both rooms we stayed in were clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was great!

Comfy bed in spacious room and good balcony. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of dishes. The residence was a little out of the town centre but only took a few minutes to walk in once we had established the route. Swimming pool was quite small and not so many sunbeds which were reserved by guests from fairly early in the morning.

Mostly couples. I was with my Sister and we had the best facials on site. The landscaping was fantastic. Breakfast was out of this world. We were in the Jr. Suite, room 131. So worth it, huge balcony and great view over the pool area. The only bad part was we couldn't stay another day. The staff was superb.

The place was great. Be aware the hotel doesn't provide any parking. It is in the street and not easy to get one. Close by you have some restaurants, not too bad. Reservations required of course for hotel and highly recommend for restaurants. Breakfast included . If you have difficulty with stairs , asked for a bedroom first floor.

We were a late (11pm) arrival. We called ahead when leaving the airport & the desk staff assured us they would wait for us.
