The price and amenities are roughly appropriate. I stayed for 11 days; the first and second days were difficult to adjust to, but the rest were comfortable. My only suggestion is to have the hotel management improve or replace the amenities, especially the electricity in the rooms and the shower.

Great to stay in Paragon Hotel

Very very very satisfying

The water coming out of the shower faucet, toilet faucet, and washbasin was muddy and there was no confirmation from the hotel. I had used it to brush my teeth again, so I called the reception and they said to wait 15 minutes for the water to clear up again. The TV was broken, the wifi didn't work, and they said they would refresh it, but it still didn't work. The AC circulation wasn't good, it hadn't been serviced for a long time. What's worse, I forgot that I was checking out today. I had been traveling around Jakarta all day, but the hotel didn't call me to say I was checking out today. So I went home at 10 pm and ended up having to extend my stay by paying another 400 thousand rupiah. I don't recommend this old hotel.

Very old hotel.. everything is broken.. AC is broken and TV is broken.. worst of all, there are lots of bed bugs, can't even sleep at night 😭 😭😭

The location is very strategic, close to Sarinah. It's easy to find an ATM and eat, just go downstairs. There are also restaurants in the hotel. The wifi is sometimes good, sometimes not. Especially the water, sometimes it's dry, sometimes it's clean.

The water heater is leaking and the television is not working properly... it's an old hotel, understandably so.

Most of the interior is old but so far it's good, it's strategic because it's close to everywhere, the only thing lacking is the TV because there's no smart TV yet.

You have to ask for towels first. It seems like it really needs to be renovated. This is a strategic location, though. The Wi-Fi is slow, so you only need to use your personal data.
