Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield.

The unit we rented was an apartment style with one bedroom and sofa bed. That part of the hotel was brand new and beautifully done. Very quiet and dark in the evening. Very close drive to go up into the hills where there are little villages and many olive trees! Pistoia is a cute old town, which was a 10 min drive from the hotel.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, super clean rooms. Fresh, tasty breakfast. Tranquil surroundings. Highy recommended!

Basic empty apartment. Comfortable bed. Restaurant on the property was fantastic! Good place to stay for the night and recover from the flight.

Welcoming accommodation offering a full breakfast, pool access (with swim cap) and an adjoining restaurant for evening meals. International travelers. Sounds echoed from tiled hallway. A constant fan option would have made room more comfortable while creating white noise

We walked into Pistoia each day but there was a shuttle service available on request
