The hotel staff are all friendly, the check-in process is fast, the rooms are big and clean, the children's pool is separate so it's safe, the food is delicious, basically during my 3 nights stay here there were no problems 👍 want to come back here again someday.

The bed was uncomfortable and sank in the middle when lying down. The breakfast was quite ordinary — only two kinds of fruit were available (watermelon and melon). The pudding tasted unusual, and it wasn’t clear what kind of pudding it was. The water pressure from the tap was very weak, and no cotton buds were provided.

It was a short stay since we landed at night in Denpasar. Our stay was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and we had a very well-rested night. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, followed by a refreshing swim right after. Can definitely recommend this place! Thank you Wifa, Iva & Shella :)

Thank God, the airport pick-up was very pleasant, with cold bottles of water and cold towels provided. The customer service, from the driver, receptionist, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, was excellent. God willing, I'll stay here with my kids next time. Highly recommended, close to the culinary scene, spa, and salon.

likesss I really like it..will staycation again...
just a little bit the floor is dirty on your feet if you are barefoot...besides everything is okay...the pool is passable and not too deep..anyway it's good
