Only thing I liked was the price. Like they say you get what you pay for. It's ok for short stays around 2 days. Do not recommend for long stays. Great for single person not for families.

We showed up to check in and waited almost an hour before we were given our room. Only one person was working the front desk. Then we get to our room and it was dirty, no toilet paper was there. We got our second room and the WiFi doesn’t even work. There is very limited plates for breakfast. And to top it off they have a list of tv channels that you can’t use. I do not recommend booking here. The only save it has that it’s close to the beach. But it was super inconvenient to book here

The service delivered is not what was purchased. Our experience left a lot to be desired, more details below: 1. The double bed is an arrangement and not a real double bed. As a result, I woke up with a lot of lower back pain because the bed split in half during the night and I slept in an uncomfortable position, causing pain in my spine. 2. The curtain on the bedroom window is very worn and looks dirty. 3. The bedroom door does not close smoothly and always scratches when opening and closing. 4. It offers a minibar it works, but the drink options are very limited. 5. The hair dryer has not worked for years, as far as we were able to find out. So they offer a hairdryer for use for a maximum of 30 minutes that needs to be picked up at the hotel reception. 6. they offer car parking service for a daily fee, but we always need to call someone else to open its door to get in/out of the park. For late night arrives this puts us at a security risk situation as we need to wait outside for someone to open parking door. Next time I'll look for other options and we do not recommend this business.

Very old property

Beds were hard, windows didn’t close, mold on the shower, bathroom was damaged and safe hazard because all their windows are open

Overall everything was good but the only thing that i think was bad is lack of communication at concierge. Parking Lot was supposed to be included but wasn't at all. Bad move on their part. I would like to be informed ahead of time.

Super limpo e pessoal super atencioso.

The staff is very pleasant and polite, but the structure of the building itself is very old and needs some upgrade asap. In Brazil, it's by law if any of the clients would like to visit the kitchen to see how the food is prepared to have free access, I requested to take a look and was denied by the management. From that point on I never touched the food from that place, and the breakfast was included, I did pay to have my breakfast someplace else.

Great location in most touristic neighborhood of Recife, 1 block away from the natural pool during the low tide of Boa Viagem.

The hotel was fine however they didn't have any towels in the room, the bed were covered with a plastic sheet which makes lots of noise when u on it and the bed itself wasn't comfort at all. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6:30, however they only had one guy organising it, so it took at least 15-20min to have everything ready.

O café da manhã só é servido as 6h30 e as opções são pouquíssimas. Falta logo as poucas opções, devidonao grande número de hospedes. A porta para o café da manhã é fechada com cadeado, ficando os hospedes esperando servir o café numa fila enorme. Poderiam ao menos abrir as portas para que esperassemos sentados. O banheiro estava sujo, quando entramos.

Foi o pior hotel que já estive em minha vida! Lendo os comentários já sabia que não deveria esperar algo muito bom mas no mínimo razoável eu esperava. Chegando lá o hortel estava sem água depois voltou apenas água gelada como tomei meu banho. Antes disso colocaram eu que estou grávida meu marido e filho de 4 anos num quarto com uma cama de casa normal para que dormíssemos um em cima do outro, quando solicitei a troca de quarto pois outros dois casais foram juntos e tinham no quarto uma cama maior (eram duas de solteiro juntas) eles só fizeram a troca pois precisei criar um caso na recepção e não de boa vontade. Para finalizar o café era triste com dois tipos de bolos, três frutas, pão, frios, salsicha e ovo apenas e os copos para bebida eram descartáveis. Uma pena. Não voltaria nem recomendo! Se não fosse só por uma noite teria buscado outra acomodação logo que cheguei.

As camas eram horríveis, de molas, aparentemente bem antigas, pois não danvam mais sustentação adequada. O café da manhã era bem limitado, com poucas opções, não haviam saches individuais de manteiga/margarina e açúcar. Era tudo num pote para todos usarem. Algo pouco higiênico ao meu ver. Havia um roteador Wi-Fi no corredor, quase na porta do meu quarto, mas magicamente o sinal sumia assim que cruzava a porta (parecia que o quarto era uma gaiola de Faraday). O papel higiênico do banheiro parecia mais uma lixa e não havia ducha higiênica. A limpeza estava ok, ao menos. Não arriscarei um hotel dessa rede novamente.

Hotel em geral não é ruim, apenas não vale pagar R$ quase R$ 290 em uma diária no período de baixa estação. Ressalvo no café da manhã que é de pessima qualidade. Essas fotos foram tiradas no dia de Domingo às 9h da manhã, onde acordamos um pouco mais tarde. Falta de pratos, falta de reposição e pouca opção no café da manhã. Tenho uma média de estadias em hotéis de 10 ao mês, esse hotel do grupo Andrade foi o único que deixou a desejar.
