Good hotel and walkable distance to the beach 10 min walk with close restaurants!

Lovely breakfast and close to lovely calas as well as Arenal beaches though its pretty average if not below average with everything else. Breakfast was one exception.

Stayed for one night. Really quick check in, very friendly staff, great breakfast and a pleasantly unexpected sea view.

Check in during the middle of the night was terrible. The guy on the desk was shouting and giving out to someone who entered the foyer whilst he was sorting our check in. It was very unprofessional. Hotel itself was fine for one night. When we were checking out there were people sleeping on sofas in the foyer

The bedsheets and rolm in general was so so dirty! And it's not that the price completely makes up for it unfortunately...

Basic room with balcony,wardrobe,table,TV,internet.Shower room OK.Only hand wash provided.Plenty of towels.Great breakfast with many choices from cold or hot buffet and coffee machines with cappuccino,coffee with milk, espresso etc.Bus stop to go to airport and Palma 5 minutes walk.

Price is great for the stay. Great staff. Very accommodating.

The service is good

Great value hotel, friendly staff, lovely breakfast(can be paid for at reception on the day) the pool area and sun loungers were great. The air con in the room worked really well and the room was cleaned every day. The only negatives were the beds were very creaky and there were a lot of noisy people staying there while I was there, it says there are quiet hours but there was a lot of noise until 2-3am every night, hopefully this was a one off but maybe take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! The bus stop was just round the corner and it was really easy to get the bus from the airport and in to Palma.

No parking like advertises

Property was great as we had early flight. Clean and had everything we required for our stay. Didn't like the area. Was too crowded and rowdy.

Having a 24 hour reception after travelling on a night ferry from Barcelona to Palma was a godsend

Very good hotel for a basic stay. Ideal for solo travellers like myself. Conveniently located next to bus routes and a short walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It had everything I needed, except a fridge. However, the air conditioning, balcony, and lovely breakfast made it a perfect stay.

Very good! Very polite stuff, great rooms and cleaning service. Breakfast was amazing. Good location, close to airport and centre and nice beaches. Highly recommend!
