I liked that it had parking available, the price was very reasonable. The only thing that would have been better is if there was another elevator.

good location near station

Room is unbelievably small. Had to put room items under the bed just to fit my suitcase in the room. Bed is too stiff and pillows are probably the worst I've ever experienced

Staff is nice and helpful

Well centered Hotel and with car parking (500yn PD). Central to shops and restaurants with a FREE breakfast at the hotel as part of the booking and what a breakfast enough to say we didn't need to stop for lunch. They also had a choice of three free gifts which I picked the box which to my wife was a delight as it was a miniature Origami set. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good price and food.

I liked hotel very much, and free breakfast was very tasty and many different dished were in the breakfast space. However Around the hotel, many shops were closed therefore streets were very quiet.

The bathroom was easy to use, even big Australians had no trouble. Easy to change the water temperature to suit best - just a flick of the handle.

Near station, yet not much things around.

Great location, very close to the railway station. Easy to spot as soon as you leave the station on arrival. Taxi rank and buses go from the station too. Number of restaurants close by. This is rural Japan so it's not surprising English is not as prevalent as in Tokyo for example. Not a criticism but English speakers need to be prepared. People helpful everywhere in Tsuruga though so good to wander into restaurants etc. and go with it. The hotel staff are very good and friendly. They will try to help. If they want to make it easier for international visitors they could include English instructions in the room e.g. for the air conditioning control and WiFi access. Wi-Fi in the room was good when accessed. The front desk staff had minimal English but better than my Japanese. The room and bathroom was compact but big enough and clean. Everything worked fine. Very quiet at night. Bed was fine. I struggled with the breakfast only because it was typically Japanese (and again not a criticism as I was the visitor). Check out time was quite early at 10am - OK for me as I was out each day at meetings and check in was late at 4pm. Overall, value for money standard rural hotel. Worked for me. I would stay again and also use this chain elsewhere.

Did our laundry but all female lingeries were stolen from the dryer. All female bras and underwear were removed from the mixed lot of clothes from our family...Saw a male staff passed by couple of times starring at us (I'm a female and my mom) while we're waiting to use the dryer and our lingeries got stolen!? How creepy is that? And hotel staff couldn't speak any English so no help was offered... otherwise the rooms and breakfast were great.

Very nice staff, cozy room with clean beddings. Appreciate very much on keeping a set of clean towels holding outside our room even we forgot to leave key & message for room cleaning

Satisfied the hotel room and services. The hotel easy to find and only few minutes distance walk from train station. This is the good hotel recommended if backpacker want to rest and transit for Kanazawa area.

大人２人、子ども3人に対してダブル2室で困りました。 専用駐車場が使えず、案内された民間Pも遠く、エレベーターも一基のみ。朝食の内容は良かったが、早朝から行列のため満足に利用できなかった。 今回、別の東横インも利用したが、不便の割に料金が高かった。
