The stay at this hotel was splendid, the room was very clean and has the traditional cozy feel, amenities were good, with public bath, breakfast spread, and even has a KTV room/table tennis room that we can book and use. There is a simple snack and beverage bar during the day for guests to enjoy, too. The hotel staff were very friendly and even helped to clear the snow off the cars parked at their premise during the morning when guests were going to make their way out. Such a simple gesture is very well appreciated. My family and kids really enjoyed and loved this place. Excellent. Thank you!

This is an old hotel, but very clean and well-maintained. We stayed just 1 night and we think it was not enough. Next time, we will come back. The ryokan room is spacious and very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. 😁👍

The room was very good, comfortable, with parking, the staff provided good service, the breakfast was delicious, there were both public and private onsens. On the second night, the hotel had a problem with the fire alarm sounding intermittently throughout the night. When I woke up in the morning, the staff apologized and refunded me for 1 night. I admire it.

This place is beyond my exception ! ! The location is perfect, in front of kawaguchiko and the bus stop just next to the hotel. It's a traditional hotel, old building but it's well maintenance and very clean. we really like our room in third floor with a nice view from the window. There is kotatsu in the room so we could keep our feet warm. And the onsen is very nice. we had to skip our sightseeing plan even though we had bought 2 days unlimited pass.

The room is close to the red line bus stop. The sign No. 10 is very convenient. The bedroom is ok. Booked on the web. Tell the bathroom. Really got the bathroom. Uncle meets check-in because Good smile

Highly recommended. Traditional Japanese hotels are very unique, very clean, there is an onsen, there is delivery to the station after check-out.

The place is near station. Free private onsen and dinner package are fantastic.

The hotel is close to the bus stop at 13. The room is very nice, clean, the onsen is on the 1st floor with 2, the service staff is good. There is a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station. There are convenience stores not far from the hotel.

Clean room, good sleep, near the station, take a cart and watch Fuji.
