The sheets and bedcover were dusty. The floor was dirty, especially under the bed.

The towels need updating, the room is ok

First experience: security was unfriendly, tended to underestimate guests, the corridor to the room was poorly lit, the bathroom was poorly maintained, there was a lot of moss in the corners of the room.

Good location, good food, friendly staff

This was our second stay here, after staying here two months ago. While last time we had a room on the 6th floor, this time we got one on the 3rd. Overall, it was okay. The place is comfortable, close to culinary spots, and check-in/out was easy. Thanks.

My first experience when I just arrived the floor of the stairs was dirty. The receptionist was not communicative. When I entered the room the floor was full of dirt or dust. The bathroom was dirty as if it was rarely cleaned especially the toilet. The sheets were dirty. Hotel slippers were not provided and toiletries were incomplete. There was only a little soap and the storage place was dirty and not suitable. Toothbrushes, important things were not there. I wanted to call the receptionist to ask for toiletries but my phone could not be used (only for display). Very disappointed with the service and facilities
