the room reservation did not match what was stated in the application, in the application I ordered a superior double room with a room area of 22m2, after checking in it turned out that the superior room given was 15m2, after confirming to the front desk it turned out that there were no superior double rooms, there were only superior rooms with a size of 15m2, then for the bathroom water there was a strange aroma, but this hotel has friendly staff and a comfortable hotel atmosphere

For the employee service, it's okay, but unfortunately the bathroom is very slippery, my child slipped several times, there is a lot of sand in the room and bathroom, the room is dark. The food is generally salty.

The hotel room is nice and spacious, only the food in the restaurant tastes less and the food variants are few, and the price is expensive, so it doesn't match the price with the taste. If you stay here, it's better to have breakfast outside the hotel

Everything (room, location, service, meals) is good except the bathroom, cause the shower head & rain shower truly “rains” aka leaking water everywhere 😅 and not cared for. Would love to stay again if the bathroom is fixed.
