I chose to stay at Asmila because the room size was quite spacious because I brought a lot of documents to work on and I thought the staff service and food were good.

The hotel is clean, centrally located, and the food isn't extensive, but it's quite tasty. However, for a 4-star hotel, amenities and glasses should be more carefully considered, not just for one person. There's no hair dryer available, or you might have to borrow one.

Very comfortable and the food is delicious, the room is also quite spacious, a bit noisy, the sound of the neighbors next door can be heard ✌

The hotel is clean and very close to Rumah Mode, but crossing the street is a bit tricky. The restaurant's food selection is limited. Hair dryers aren't available in the rooms; guests need to request one in advance.

The room was quite clean, the service was good, but the food variety was still not much and the toilet flush button was broken. Please continue to improve the performance of each room and facilities.

The location is amazing, just across the street to Rumah Mode (a very complete shopping and culinary tour). Next to the hotel is the Setiabudi supermarket which is a must-visit (for daily necessities, culinary, coffee). The staff are friendly, the food is delicious.

The food is lacking in taste, even though it's a long weekend where the price is above average, hopefully it will be an input. There is little variation but if the food is delicious, the taste is better.

The room condition is good and well maintained, spacious, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, sufficient parking area and there are security staff.

Overall it's really okay for a short stay, the room is spacious and very clean. The TV is also up to date, you can watch Youtube and others. The only thing that's not updated is the sofa, please, the sofa has fallen off and not been replaced 😅 and the AC 😭😭 oh my gosh it was so hot all night. Even at 16 it was still hot. With the fan full. I don't know if the AC is leaking or what. Because we just arrived at the hotel at night, so I didn't think about complaining or what, I was tired and just wanted to sleep, I didn't want to move rooms anymore. 🫠 but the cleanliness was really clean in our room.

I think the floor is quite not really clean, a bit sticky. But distance-wise, it's in front of Rumah Mode, quite convenient walking distance.

We had a nice 3-night stay here. The location is very convenient and easy to access, which made getting around simple. The staff were kind and polite throughout our visit — a lovely reflection of Indonesian hospitality. The breakfast system was flexible. We dined in the restaurant once on Sunday, and the rest of the time breakfast was delivered to our room, which was a nice touch. There’s no bottled water in the room, but a jug is provided and you can refill it with drinking water from the hallway, which is practical and eco-friendly. That said, the hotel does feel a bit dated. We noticed some peeling wallpaper and an odd smell coming from the wooden table when we first entered the room. Still, for the price we paid, we were happy with our overall experience and would consider coming back. It’s a good value if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Very pleasant and strategic location.

The hotel location is near Rumah Mode and we happened to bring an EV, in front of it there is a Wuling dealer so we can charge our vehicle again for the next day's activities. The hotel facilities are good, a la carte breakfast is delivered to the room at 7 am so it saves a lot of time. Drinking water can be refilled at the room hallway dispenser so the drinking water supply is guaranteed. The swimming pool is clean. There is hot water. The mattress, sheets, and furniture are in very good condition

The hotel room is not soundproof, you can hear the sound of chairs being moved, it is very disturbing. The bathroom does not have an air extractor, the breakfast is not varied.

The room is spacious. Clean. Friendly hotel officers. Often staycation here because the area is close to places to eat, factory outlets, but the price is still relatively good when compared to other hotels with the same price getting a smaller room even though this hotel can be said to be an old hotel, not a new hotel.

Initially I was hesitant to book a room here because I read the review xoxo, but after we checked in, it turned out that the room was very impressive, clean, fragrant and very well maintained, especially my child entered the room and immediately looked for a bathtub and he was very happy because the bathtub and bathroom were spacious and very clean. I also saw that the room facilities had been updated and well maintained, the staff, starting from security, receptionist and room service, were all friendly and made me feel very upbeat. The location of the hotel is in front of Rumah Mode so my wife only had to walk 30 meters to get to Rumah Mode and back, hahaha.. I have a headache when it comes to this, otherwise "happy life happy wife". LOL.. well overall.. Thanks Asmila Hotel for the excellent services and facilities.
