Great breakfast lovely staff

This stay was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel of this level. At the reception, I was greeted by a very rude young woman. She provided no necessary information, couldn’t even find my reservation, and just kept repeating “I don’t know.” In the end, she told me to call Hotels.com myself. Next, as shown in the photo, the shower was terrible. The drain had clearly never been cleaned and was covered in mold, smelling like a sewer. It was clogged with someone else’s hair, so the water wouldn’t drain, leaving you standing in a disgusting pool of dirty water.

Curtain only covered half the window, not allowing any privacy and making sleep difficult at sunrise.

The hotel is very near the train station and the city centre. Big room and clean, comfortable beds. Good breakfast with a variety of choice.

Miserable staff look like their doing community service rather than working. Male in reception was welcoming and friendly but lady in cafe knew how to charge for coffee but didn't know how to make it, I received a glass of hot milk with a touch of coffee colouring. When challenged I was told I would have to pay for an extra shot when I was charged 19 zloty for milk that should've been coffee. Lady on reception departure day couldn't crack a smile never mind a joke, she had zero people skills and looked an uncontent, miserable individual that should not be in hospitality. 2 single duvets on a double bed and curtains that covered 3/4's the width of the windows, air con was purely an artefact for show. Hospitality is just a word here. The place has history and character but most of the staff I had the joy of interacting with have no pride or happiness in working here.

The hotel has in the past been quite grand. The situation is good,with the train station and Rynek both within walking distance. It was stated that bottled water was provide and as I need to take medication, that was a plus. However, each time I asked, I was told that there had been no delivery, therefore, none was available. BUT, when a large group arrived, I witnessed a trolley stacked high with bottled water being taken by lift! This is not acceptable, water should be freely available to ALL the hotel guest.

The night staff got me everything I needed.

Basic but fully functional; decent size of the room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. No coffee sachets, and only 2 tea ones; although more can be sourced from the reception. Good location for the main train station.

A very good hotel in convenient location. Just a few minutes from where the number 106 airport bus drops you at the end of the line, and very close to the train station.15 minutes walk to the old town. Very good breakfast. Nice lounge and bar area, pity it closes at 20.00. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location but still quiet. Clean and staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Good location, near railway station, trams and buses into centre, only downside I found road traffic can be noisy starting early in morning, wish the TV had UK channels, all in all for the price we paid reasonable stay.

Great location, walkable to old town but public transportation is accessible very nearby. Train and bus station is a 5 minute walk along with a shopping mall. A bonus is Luca in the same building great for early morning or late night snacks...

Common areas were spotless. Our room stank of cigarette smoke - we are non-smokers. Room wasn’t refreshed during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was disappointing and would not choose this option again. Reception staff were very helpful.

Good value hotel with good location

Nice hotel close to the train station and centre. Good atmosphere and lovely breakfast with lots to choose from. Rooms are very clean. Would definitely recommend.
