There hotel sits below a cafe. The noise below is unbearable if you trying to get some sleep. Room windows is malfunction and unable to close tight and you could hear motorbike sound across the road.

stayed in deluxe room..it was small, dusty and very noisy at night! the room is minimal sound proof, you can hear people next door talking as well..tea and mixed coffee provided, but inside mugs were dirty and no spoon? aircond so ancient, we didn't feel it..

FYI, the parking space is not free. RM2 for weekend, RM3 for weekdays

Dear Mr Khairun. Thank you for your feedback. For The Parking,do pardon us for not able to provide it for free as this parking facilities is owned and operate by other company. However, hotel has made a deal with parking operator to charge only rm 3/whole day. This is special for hotel guest only and please refer to our front desk for assit on this matter. For non hotel guest will be charge hourly with charge rm 1 /hour. Hope to see you again. Thank You,

Room is okay but price is quite expensive for a standard room. Unless you get the special promotion, then go for it. Near with restaurants and aeon.

Air conditioner's temperature should be adjustable. Mini fridge is not working properly, floor in the room was a bit oily. Only suggested for staycation not for long period.our second room wasn't comfortable. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, tv set was not functioning at all.

Toiletries are complete. Bed is comfy. But, toilet hole is clogged. Water from shower collected on floor. Fish also can swim. No towel provided. Air cond is freezing cold but cannot adjust temperature.
