Ibu Ibnu is a wonderful and attentive host, she helped us organise our day trips out of town and one night even brought us traditional herbal drinks from a nearby stall to try. The house itself is stunning, a beautiful example of a traditional Javanese house, full of history and character. Lots of musical instruments to play with, as you'd expect on Jalan Gamelan! Rooms are comfortable and well kept. Walking distance to the Kraton, the Taman Sari, Malioboro, the morning market Ngasem and the night markets at Alun Alun Kidul.

Best homestay in town. 2nd time here and the quality remains the same. Surely will back here.

The place is homey, the room is spacious enough for our family (four) choose a family room with 2 large beds. there is a family room to sit and relax. the room & toilet are clean. the guard is kind. when we arrived we were served hot tea & coffee. next time I go to Jogja I want to stay here again.

cheap, comfortable accommodation, close to everywhere, feels like Grandma's house, everything is complete, there is a pantry, a dining table, a table on the terrace, the garden and the parking lot are also spacious. His mother is also very friendly, you can rent a motorbike to go around the city. The room is clean, the mattress is thick and soft, the bathroom is quite good and spacious too. I hope there will be more sustenance to Jogja, I want to stay here again.

The hotel lady is very friendly and accommodating. The guesthouse and our room (pavilion) are nicely decorated. Location is great. Just a short walking distance to Alun-Alun Kidul. Overall, this guesthouse exceeds my expectation.

Thank you to the mother who sells angkringan for helping me who got lost 3 times because it was very late at night, I didn't think it was a big house but it turned out to be a guesthouse ☕️ thank you mom & bpa for being willing to receive guests in the middle of the night, in the morning I've been drinking tea while hanging out on the terrace, the traditional atmosphere is very cool like bbo at home 🩵 the main thing is very effective, the bedroom is neat and clean, the bathroom is hot and cold water is safe, the bathroom is complete with clean towels💙
