Great stay! Front desk Vanessa Rodriguez was very helpful with translating my requests to English and providing directions.

They did not have hot water, when we notified Guest Services all they said was that there was nothing they could do. The rooms are incredibly small, we only stayed there one night and we changed to another hotel.

This hotel is pretty small. But it's super clean and comfortable

Horrible! I go to Bogota quiet often an have stayed in many hotels there. I stayed in this one primarily for it's proximity to the U.S. Embassy. What a mistake! Apart from other issues, they crammed hotel insurance down my throat. Even through it is common for hotels in Bogota to charge this, if a guest objects to this, the hotel removes it from your bill. This hotel refused. I hope they use the extra money they charged me wisely because they could have made much more from subsequent stays. Not to mention their lower rating as a result of a bad review. That's what happens when someone with poor business sense manages a hotel. Stay away from this one.

Have to say that what makes my start of he day is a good shower, well this hotel has the best one I have experienced.

Service was very good, customer service was very attentive and helpful. The place is really close to the center of the city and close to the airport.

There for six nights. Breakfast was simple, but good. Included fruit, juice, eggs to order, espresso coffee. Had a king bed, that was comfortable. Room was very clean, and there was a safe in room. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially helping me find restaurants. Walking distance to universidad nacional, and right next to corferias. Several restaurants at esperanza street which is walking distance. Was safe to walk at night near hotel.

hotel bogota expocomfort has the most amazing customer service. I had an unforseen situation and they quickly helped me out. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. The breakfast was okay just eggs and bread. The center of Bogota is about 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. would recommend.

This hotel provided a very satisfying stay on the back end of my last trip to Bogota. It was conveniently located by the airport, the concierge staff spoke English, and they were had a cab and breakfast waiting for me when I was ready to depart early in the morning.

Good location near Corferias and airport. Good service for the Price. Boring breakfast.

Out of hot water in the second and third day during my stay , already inform them , but nothing change. No good!

Nice place. Wish the elevator had been working. Very clean and modern. Breakfast is included but needs more variety. It will be better when the cafe is open.

honestly, due to my flight being delayed, i didn't check in until 11pm. however the staff was very patient due to my low level of conversational Spanish. the one staff member even walked me to the eatery that was still open down the street and stayed while I ate and walked back with me. that was very nice of him. the hotel is very modern and clean. i only stayed one night so didn't get to experience their full admenities. it was about 10 minutes from the airport and is very convenient. like i said, got there very late so didn't get to explore the neighborhood like i planned. overall i was happy with my stay there.

its a small hotel but very comfortable, clean and good location.
