Amazing experience.

What a lovely property! Very cozy yet spacious, awesome design in and out, great rates and lovely stuff. I cannot think of anything I would improve.

The room was clean

The place is great the only complaint is that the jacuzzi was not working something I did not know from booking online. Other than that the place is like its own little community with a gas station/convenience store, Steak House, and a small convennient store in tne lobby. Excellent place to stay!!

Great place to stay, with easy access to everything close by. Keep in mind though the freeway is right next to the hotel, as is the Coaster train. Everything was very clean, and the shower was huge. Bed was not the most comfortable but the bedding was great. Free breakfast and free parking were a plus, even though we chose to grab food at multiple places in Carlsbad instead since there is so much to choose from. Staff was very nice too! We would stay here again.

I like the free parking and free breakfast included with stay. Quiet and clean room with microwave and kitchen sink available.

This place was immaculate. The breakfast bar had a great selection of food. The hotel was in a good location close to town and the beach. The staff was worm and welcoming. Thank you. We stayed for 4 days.

Jacuzzi broken

The property is very nice and clean. Staff is accommodating, helpful and a smile on everyone’s face. They even have fresh baked cookies from 8 to 9pm. Soft and delicious. If I had to find something wrong is that the lobby and also hallways were kind of warm/humid when we checked in. Other than that everything is great

Have stayed here many times. Nice staff, clean and neat hotel. Near the freeway but we have never heard any traffic noise. Just a few minutes to ocean, flower fields and Lego Land.

The room was nice. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn’t in working order on our stay. Otherwise, would stay again

Hotel room was clean and very nice! Staff is nice! Jacuzzi was broken but things happen sometimes. I wish the pool was heated but it was okay! Excellent Breakfast buffet. Milk qnd cookies was a kind and delicious gesture! We would stay here again

This is the second time at this hotel and both stays were very enjoyable. This last one, I had a room facing the interstate which concerned me at first, but the noise was very minimal. You can tell the building was built well. Minimal noise from the other rooms as well. I will be coming back!

Jacuzzi was out of service and food was ok very dry some overcooked.
