Helpful staff checking in. No tea or coffee making facvities in the room but the receptionist helped us by boiling a kettle in her office..... Might be easier to have provided teamaking facilities in the room Great breakfast

On arrival before we even got the room key the receptionist presented us with the bill of our stay,the extra bed and daily parking.As cabin crew I have travelled a lot and I don't ever recall being charged on arrival for the stay etc.In the room there was no free wifi.It was available only in the hall,we were told they will call support but till we left the best we got was sitting near the door of our apartment we managed get the wifi of another room.The extra bed for our 13 year old son consisted of a sofa with a sheet on top,a duvet and a pillow. On the second day we asked housekeeping for another towel cause we only had 2. On the third day we gently asked reception for the towel asuming that due to the language problem housekeeping did not understand, intstead of apologizing we got told off for not asking before. One day I prepared my clothes on the bed and went for breakfast when I came back the bed was neatly done and my clothes where inside. Cleaning was not done daily and left a lot to be desired.Breakfast was till 10.00 but by 8.30/9.00am there was barely anything left especially hot.Swimming pool was under refurbishment and at odd hours of the day,sometimes even early in the morning the noise in the room was unbearable.I am sure they are aware that at 4.00am in summer it is broad daylight notwithstanding this the curtains did not close properly. Before we left they wanted to charge us for 2snickers which we never ate,asked for manager and she cancelled the bill.

The hotel Gem was a lovely hotel but I had no air conditioner in my room and my fridge was not working

It is very nice and clean hotel situated almost on Odra riverside, although a little far from Wroclaw Old City. Great breakfast! There is swimming pool on the site but… access to it is complicated. It is part public and part school swimming pool. There is need to request access much in advance and no certainty of getting it.

The room was clean, but smelled a little, as if people smoked there inside in the past. The breakfast was good, location also..quiet zone, not very far from the city centre by bus or taxi.

Great service, clean and comfortable bedding. Price too high.

Good hotel, bad wi-fi connection!

Was staying on business and I think still being built finished off as I had to change rooms to get the free wi-fi and workers finishing off the place. Really a sports centre that has added a hotel facility. Good restaurant and breakfast but nothing to do locally. I suspect in the summer great if you want play sports. A big indoor 25M pool plus tennis courts football pitch etc.

Stopped here a couple of years ago so was interested in going back.Only part of the hotel is refurbished as I write this. If you want to be out of the city in a quite neighborhood then its great... not advised to stop here for a city break.

Big rooms. Good price No hot chocolate, no german televison available.

Tolles Hotel mit einem Super Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Wir eine sehr schöne Woche in einer neuwertigen Suite mit Woh/ Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, und zwei Badezimmer. Der Service im Hotel war sehr gut, und wenn mal etwas nicht optimal war wurde dies sofort behoben. Das zeichnet ein gutes Hotel aus. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Wygodny, nowoczesny hotel, z miłą obsługą, bardzo dobrym jedzeniem i niedrogim parkingiem. Dużym plusem są otwierane okna w pokojach.
