There was no heat in the rooms. No one at the front desk even after calling multiple times. I came downstairs and they said the manager would be in at 8am, that was no true. The manager does not come to work on Sunday. There was no WiFi, no one informed me prior to my arrival. The restaurant menu didn’t have anything available except for pizza. The tablet to communicate in the room did not work either. I will not be returning.

Rooms need to be updated. The photos on the website make the rooms look nicer than they are. Common areas like lobby and lounge are nice and updated. Parking area is small and not enough parking for guests

Very clean, very quiet. Just used as a way point but would stay there again when passing through.

I was very disappointed that I didn’t get a room with AC. I stayed in the hotel for four days. Total a fan wasn’t available until the last night.. I also found a bug crawling in the bed that I killed then I found another one crawling by my head when I woke up the next morning on the bed. Tick or bed bug. They need to move the beds and vacuum under the beds and clean the carpet. They also need to clean the bathrooms thoroughly. If you want a room with AC you need to book directly with Best Western. If you go through hotels.com you will not get the AC or a refrigerator.. and they cannot change your room to a room with AC or with a refrigerator.

Breakfast was amazing location was great will stay again

Breakfast buffet was fantastic! One recommedation for the rooms: install USB cable charging ports. This will allow international travelers to charge their phones without having to also bring a bulky electrical adapter plug.

Great place

The property is in a location a good distance from the Center with its food options. A car or taxi is required and there is no Uber. A very nice breakfast, but other than that a basically average hotel.

The staff, location, and appearance are great. The showers are extremely dangerous. The way they are configured to be "step up and in" as well as porcelain without heel grips makes them deadly to the elderly. Furthermore, the soap dispenser, while very convenient, can leak directly onto the porcelain creating even more dangerous conditions. This must be corrected or someone will be severely hurt.

Good option in Ktown - one of the few hotels that will have a single twin bed option at a lower price. Many rooms have small balconies - not a great view, but good for some air (or a smoke)...

The property felt very safe with professional maintenance staff as well as utility care. I was given a room that satisfied the majority of my needs without any issues that I would personally consider to be very inconvenient, and the overall service was generally respectable. While it took me some time to get used to the surroundings of the property due to my lack of German knowledge, I did not feel as though the neighborhood was dangerous at any given time nor particularly alien. The people I met were patient with me and treated me well, and the transportation services that passed in the neighborhood were also excellent. In short, I had a pleasant time at Best Western Kaiserslautern. I look forward to my next stay there, should I have any more of them in the near future.

Property was quiet and in a great location. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay without being bothered. Management and staff were attentive and professional.

The room soundproofing was just what I needed for a good night rest.

Rooms are a decent size, the bed is very comfortable, free parking, and the best breakfast in the area. Also they are infant/toddler friendly.

Staff way very friendly especially Larissa and Ivonne at the reception and Jose at the bar!

EV Chargers in the parking garage was a good benefit.
