The location is okay, the service is good, and the receptionist is friendly. The downside is that it's on a narrow street. It happened to be closed for a project, so cars could only enter one way. Housekeeping is only available until the afternoon, so if you have to work in your room until late at night, you can't ask for it to be cleaned. I tried two different rooms, and the shower faucets were a bit problematic. Overall, it's okay.

I always go to Amaris almost every week, but this is the first time I was disappointed with the receptionist who was on duty that night. I didn't see her name because she wasn't wearing a nametag. How could I be given a room that was already occupied by another guest? Honestly, I was shocked and could only freeze. Because we went to the hotel to rest. What's disappointing is that if you already know the mistake, instead of coming to me and immediately changing rooms or something, they just kept quiet and waited for another customer to come. Really disappointed. You can see that I often stay at Amaris and have stayed at Amaris Pasar Baru several times. But this is the first time I'm really disappointed and this is the first time I'm forced to give 1 star for a review like this.

Amaris Pasar Baru has been my choice for a long time. But when I stayed yesterday, I felt that there were many shortcomings: 1. Amenities were not immediately available when checking in, had to be requested first 2. The bathroom water was always stagnant at the entrance which could be dangerous. I don't really understand whether there was a leak from the bidet hose or what. I also found baby cockroaches in the bathroom. 3. For children's bf, they were charged 70k, but the variety of food was lacking compared to other hotels with the same bf charge 4. The pillows were no longer clean and white, they looked shabby. Maybe it's time to replace them Hopefully this will be input for the hotel
