Lovely hotels which is walking distance to Old Town area and many sites. Hotel is clean, breakfast was excellent and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

Quiet time

Great studio which has everything you need, is extremely new, clean and very modern. Lovely large. bed, sofa bed, massive TV, cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, table, chairs, coffee table, work desk. Great shower. Supermarket 4 mins walk, old town 5 minutes walk. Very safe. Great breakfast, lounge area for relaxing with computer use and lending library. Children’s play park right outside. I recommend the Residence Inn. The staff are very helpful.

The property was in immaculate condition. The receptionist was very helpful with boarding and with information on local areas for exploration and food. All of the paperwork was sorted pretty quickly and explained very clearly. It was very easy for a family to use this hotel while we explore Sarajevo. Overall had a wonderful experience and booking via Expedia made everything quite easy. Thank you

My travel was interrupted due to Expedia car rental booking and both Expedia and the hotel did not consider my obligation to terminate my trip

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with very comfy beds. The breakfast had a good variety on the menu to suit everyone. The only thing that we missed was a good English breakfast tea. The hotel was within walking distance to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location (easy to walk to main attractions), quiet, clean, spacious, decent breakfast and appreciated the fridge/cooking facilities in the room. Airport shuttle service was reliable and communication with the hotel was good.

We didn’t like when Hotel charges extra fees when checking out. They should tell people before they check in

Wonderful stay!

This hotel is exceptional!! I've never stayed in the room which is so thoughtfully built. The room had a kitchen with little stove and dishwasher, a dining table, a sofa with coffee table, a work desk, and of course the bed. TV stand was mobile, you could have turned it the way you wanted. Brilliant! The bathroom had spacious shower, a lot of shelves, so you did not have to think where to put your things and where to hang your towels. We were impressed.

Great hotel in ideal location for walking into the city centre. Clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Only disappointment was lack of restaurant/bar on site.

Front desk was slow to respond. Pillows were uncomfortable.

We booked a family room and when we got there they said that there were only bedsheets and blankets for the queen bed. The receptionist argued that the hotel was fully booked and that there was nothing to do about it, we were not entitled to get a refund. One hour later they brought some bedsheets… not sure from where and if clean…

The hotel was in a good location within walkable distance of key attractions. The hotel was fairly modern and rooms were spacious and well soundproofed. A few negatives includes poor breakfast options with really limited seating. The rooms and breakfast area were also not cleaned very well.
