Great hotel, excellent location to old town

Clean, modern hotel with good facilities and amenities. Rooms are clean and modern. There is a good restaurant and bar on the ground floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is a bar on the top floor which services food as well.

the roof top bar is dated and not maintained - needs a major upgrade. The rest is fine but non exceptional.

Supremely clean, comfortable and well-located for central Sarajevo. We did have a problem with the bed which we forgot to report, so hopefully the management are monitoring feedback. Room 317 there is possibly a strut broken in the bed. Please check it out. Otherwise brilliant and would highly recommend the rooftop terrace where a few Margaritas went down very well.

Great place to stay for bisiness

The room was very clean, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service. The location was convenient with ample parking, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the showerhead had relatively low water pressure, and the pillows were not very comfortable.

Trash shame for marriot

First night on roof they had some event blast bass is horrible.Second night i tried to come out from garage and they didnt clean snow on entrance but charging people 20 euros per night to park car ridicilous

Service at reception is impeccable. They are very helpful and friendly

The hotel is new and clean. Staff especially Hanna and Mirsad were very helpful! Good location in central Sarajevo. Rooftop bar provided nice views. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located within walking distance to old town and to the modern shopping area. New hotel and the rooms is very nice, modern and spacious. Dining option is good with rooftop and dining at the restaurant near the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Airport transport, day trips and taxi is very organized by the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel.
