Very clean and pleasant quiet stay

clean and quiet for a quick nights stay, beds were comfortable.

This was one of the best hotel stays my family and I have experienced in years. While there was a minor hiccup with our suite, the amazing managers, Gene and Brian, handled it quickly and with such professionalism and care. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and Rosa went above and beyond with her kindness while serving us. Our nerves were already on edge as we were dropping our son off at college, but this stay turned into the most memorable and calming experience thanks to the outstanding team at IHG Hotels.

Overall my stay was good. Check in process was smooth and quick. My only issue is there were an extreme amount of ants coming through the baseboard by the window in room 109. I must have left a few crumbs on the table at some point and there were thousands of ants. This was noticed late on the evening or early morning. I bought it to the attention of the desk attendant before heading to the pool. Upon returning, nothing was done. Otherwise for my one night stay it was good. Supermarket and fast food is nearby as well.

Neat to the event we attended. Property presented itself extremely clean and new. Staff was cheerful and friendly. Everything was great --bed comfort, internet access, bathroom amenities.

Only hotel in town. Better than it has to be. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Well maintained

Property is ok. Would be better if breakfast started earlier than 7:00. There were people in the back by cars who were playing games and drinking. I moved my car as close as possible to the front of the hotel.

The hotel has been updated in the past year as it transitioned to Holiday Inn Express. Fortunately the same staff remains the same. They are all very welcoming and professional. We’ve stayed in the facility annually for several years. There are some issues that need to be worked out but the experience is much improved.

Good breakfast--simple but ample with egg white omelets and hot oatmeal. More than one might expect after an Express overnight stay

Excellent hotel just 20 min from Westchester airport. Recommended.
