Villa Giona is a dream! David was super accommodating, we had a a late check-in & on top of that our flight was delayed. He was super understanding & empathetic. Staff is wonderful! Breakfast was amazing. And the place is just WOW! One of the best experiences we have ever had.

Beautiful old hotel with gorgeous gardens, a nice pool, and a very chill vibe. Great place for low key R&R, in the heart of a wine region. Great base for touring wineries. Only 20 minutes to the heart of Verona and 30 minutes to Lake Garda. Staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, with coffee/tea, eggs to order, cerals, juices, tarts, breads, fruit, excellent yoghurts, and much more. Very knowledgeable bar staff who really know their wines. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back if ever in this area again.

Amazing location and staff.

Highly recommended from wine industry colleagues and would agree. Very close to many local wineries and has outstanding staff on site. Morning breakfasts in this place were great to start the day before our meetings.

The property is stunning and the rooms are very clean, spacious and beautiful. Like time stood still. But what made this hotel magical was the staff. David the manager is the funnest and most accommodating person and it reflects across the staff. They are all there to make sure that you not only enjoy your stay but that it is memorable. And you must do a wine tasting with them (I forgot the young guy’s name who does them) but he knows his stuff! Some of the best wine I’ve had, he got my palette instantly. Thank you guys for the amazing stay, and give Betty kisses for us!! We’ll be back soon!

The grounds were beautiful. The pool view was breathtaking. It overlooked the villa and vineyards. The staff were the best and it was easy to see they loved what they did. They treated us like royalty. The food and wine was the finest just like the staff. Highly recommend it. I’m dreaming of our next trip there.

The service was spectacular. A gorgeous property with the best staff. Kind, funny, and so helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this place. The food was delicious and we were treated with such care. It’s a 10 star place in my opinion.

Real clean and friendly people. The room is vary spacious and our room was multi level. Highly recommend it. The guy at the front desk really goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable and over the top.

Lovely property and staff who treat you like family - on the day we left, staff member set an alarm for himself to wake up early, call us a cab, make me a coffee, and grab us a small breakfast from the kitchen since we needed to leave so early (breakfast was at 8:30). We only stayed 2 nights and if longer I think we would have wanted access to a car. The restaurant on-site was excellent quality for dinner but on the pricier side. We ate there twice rather than paying for a cab to go elsewhere and it was absolutely delicious.

Wonderful welcoming. Gorgeous property like a chateau. Staff are very helpful especially David the Manager. One night stay wasn’t enough to enjoy this magical place. Rooms could use little update but did not bother our experience at all!

Absolutely beautiful Villa and grounds. Relaxing atmosphere, warm and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast! We would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay here again ourselves one day.
