This hotel is lovely. The room was large and clean and decorated so well we took photos. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Although it is at the airport, it is incredibly quiet. It was easy to find and convenient to park.

Very misleading about the shuttle. There is a shuttle but it doesn't run all day, times are very limited. We had to take a taxi which was 34euro.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing is that the reason I booked was because a complimentary shuttle service from the airport for my quick overnight layover, was available however it did not specify anywhere that between approximately 10 AM and 5 PM There’s no service available which incurred an additional charge of €25 to get to the hotel out of pocket.

Place was nice and clean. Spacious room. Nice little bar and restaurant has good food.Only caveats: bar not open all day. Restaurant only from 6:00pm - 10:00pm Breakfast early till 10am good buffet. Train accesible but almost a mile walk. No handicapped access to train station (Diegem) Bus was unreliable, no show at 10:12am on a Sunday., stop is out front of hotel. Recommend renting a car...

Nice hotel, pleasant staff - but I had two issues. WiFi was not working early on Sunday morning and the airport shuttle is no reliable. I was at the stop at 6:30am for the 6:35am shuttle. There was no sign of it at 6:45am so I ordered a taxi instead. There was no bus at the airport at arrival either.

We stayed at several hotels in the same price range during our two-week Benelux trip, and this was by far the worst. Despite being close to the airport, it’s surprisingly inconvenient to reach. The nearest train station, Diegem, has no elevator, so you must carry luggage down stairs before pushing it uphill for the long walk to the hotel on uneven, muddy surfaces. Diegem also has no direct morning trains to the airport, so you’re stuck using the €5-per-person, 35-minute hotel shuttle, which is slower than the train from central Brussels. The hotel is in a desolate office park with no nearby cafes or shops. The rooms were worn-out and poorly designed—stained chair, scratched walls, dirty ceiling, rattling air vent, and harsh floodlight-style lighting. For couples, the bathroom setup is a disaster. Instead of a real wall, the bathroom has a glass enclosure right next to the bed, offering zero privacy. The barn-style glass door shakes loudly whenever you open/close it, the shower has no door so the floor by sink gets wet, and the toilet is uncomfortably close to the bed. Even navigating the hotel is strange—the elevator drops you into a dark concrete room, where you must find the right hallway door. This hotel feels like a poorly converted office building, and the experience was unpleasant and impractical.
