The team behind the counter was extremely helpful and awesome.

The staff made this place great. Room was decent and comfortable but, the staff, especially on reception, made it a much more pleasant stay.

The room is well equited, clean and close to the metro and grocery store.

Pro: Our family enjoyed our stay for 1 week. Rooms were clean and it was great to have breakfast options. Supermarket across the street. Beach towel provided and repairs addressed promptly. Thoughtful welcome gift! Con: Was hoping the rooms would be ready prior to 3pm, but it was ready after 3:30pm. Only iron access is to go to laundry room to use. Breakfast was fairly the same everyday. Return the free complimentary wine as i did not like dry wine and I wasn't given another option. Staff English is limited.

Great area for watching a soccer match! Also only a short drive to airport. Not really easy to get to other tourist attractions however. Really liked the accommodations and food at restaurant was great!

We stayed at Upon Lisbon hotel with the breakfast and they were a lot of choice with good varieties and different coffee and fresh juices. The bed was very comfy that it was hard to wake up for the breakfast.

This hotel had more negatives than positives. The property was in a good location as we planned to visit Benfica stadium. It was a plus with the roof top pool on the 8th floor which was very warm and not deep. There was also a grocery supermarket opposite so we could buy food, drinks and snacks for the stay. However, the room was not fit for a hotel stay. The TV isn't updated to allow you to watch Netflix or even screen share with iPhone. The bathroom had no place to put your toiletries when you wanted to use them. The bed had no matress topper and was sinking when we got in. The walls are so thin we hear other hotel stayers sneezing and running and moving furniture. It was definitely not worth the stay. A day before, we stayed in a hotel in Rossio and that room had it all and it was only 3 stars. Didn't enjoy the stay and just wanted to go back home.

Visited with family, including 2 teenagers who love football. It's a short transfer from the airport - around €10 in a standard taxi. There's a fab supermarket across the road and the biggest hypermarket I've ever seen is over at Colombo Mall. We used Alto dos Moinhos tube to get around the city - although Google Maps always suggested one that was farther away. The hotel staff were all lovely, going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were in a 2 bed apartment, with a fantastic view, great living space and 2 bathrooms. Great AC. We loved the pool and all of the communal spaces. Meals were lovely, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and suitable for a family with small children. The staff was friendly and very accommodating which we appreciated…made us feel welcomed! However I was disappointed with the game room and the gym which had several broken machines

It is important for housekeeping to replace small bars of soap daily, but they did not. Since there is a washing machine in the hotel, there should be access to detergent provided for individuals who are staying at the location. In addition, the hotel to provide a weekly list of things to do in nearby areas. Service in the restaurant was slow.
