Fabulous amenities, lovely restaurants and bars, spacious rooms with engaging views, attentive staff and superbly comfortable bedding

The room was very good. The internet access was fast. The menu of the room service is expensive. But It’s OK for a 5 star hotel.

Gorgeous modern hotel in Puerto Madero. Rooms were new, bed most comfortable, amenities high end, staff most professional and courteous, instagramable public spaces, walkable, safe, restaurants all over and near center. Uber is very reasonable. Loved the hotel and the experience we had.

Upon check-in room was not fully cleaned. There were hair all over the sink area.

Good high end hotel.

Excellent staff and service

While the location and staff were great, several aspects fell short of a 5-star experience. Drinking water was only available in plastic bottles, which is neither sustainable nor healthy. The food quality at the rooftop bar and breakfast buffet was disappointing, and the kitchen's use of spray oil caused allergies. We had to specially request eggs with olive oil and were charged extra, which felt unreasonable given the high prices and low food quality. Noise insulation was poor — we could hear everything from the adjacent room. Also, staff constantly reminded us that basic comforts incurred additional charges, which felt more like a budget hotel than a luxury stay. The shower instructions were incorrect in both English and Spanish, causing confusion and an unnecessary maintenance visit. Lastly, I attempted to submit your hotel survey, but technical bugs on the website prevented me from doing so.

Great Location and service. Beautiful rooms. The stay was perfect. I recommend 100%. Don't miss the rooftop bar or the pool!

I'd like to give a way better rate but it has been past 10 days since checkout of this hotel and my deposit money hasn't been reimbursed 😕 Keep talking to a worker but nothing is being solved. Disappointing. I shouldn't waste my time to hastle my own money that he to be returned. I haven't taken anything out of the refrigerator, barely got any room service, didn't break anything. Not sure what's the delay! I shouldn't think and worry about this 11 days later. Bad management.

Lovely hotel experience with the most amazing bathroom- Marble everywhere with a huge bathtub. The staff is very nice and helpful

Poor service, slow response from booking, average food, over priced, good location. Bad value for money. Choose Faena instead.

The room was small and I didn't have that good of a view but it was nice. The rest of the hotel was outstanding and the breakfast was amazing. Excellent Hotel I recommend
