The stay was lovely! Pool was spacious restaurant was beautiful. It was a Very nice hotel and all staff very polite and attentive especially ‘Khan’ who served us everyday at the pool area. My only things i would say is the beds are a bit hard (hurt my back over time) and there was no kettle or tea products in the room for my morning cup of tea.

The longest check in time I’ve ever experienced, even though I checked in online prior to traveling. The bar staff were rude. There was a large event in the bar on the first night and we didn’t feel welcome at all. Then they tried closing the bar early as they had been ‘so busy’ with the private party. After complaining they begrudgingly let us have a drink. Won’t be visiting again I’m afraid.

Had a nice stay but we were celebrating an anniversay and had to speak to front desk about this on day 2 which was dissapointing as we indicated this on our booking. Swimming pool was nice to relax and spa area. Overall had a good 3 days.

There is no privacy to take a shower if traveling with friends and family since there is no shower door and no bathroom door. It was terrible trying to shower under these conditions since others can see you naked while showering. Also, was unable to get a key card to enter the room since their system was down the entire day. Had to wait for a front desk receptionist to escort you up to open the door each time you wanted to enter the room and they were short staff leaving a 17 year old at the front desk to deal with this on her own in the evening. This is poor management. Stay away and go to the Intercontinental up the block since it is much better and have adequate staff onsite.

Beautiful modern hotel right in the center of lisbon. 15 minutes to the airport. Very walkable but ez to the metro and lots of cheap ride shares. Great outdoors space with a pool. Loved this place!

This hotel should not be considers by families, unless you get the large suite. We paid for a junior suite and although the size was alright, the configuration of the room was all wrong. There were absolutely NO USB outlets in the suite we stayed in For the price we paid, we really believe we should have received a much better suite. The towel guy at the pool was constantly harassing guests for cards/towels.. The location was the only plus for us during our stay. Convenient and quick access to public transport

Average stay at this hotel. Check in was okay, the person at check in was very indifferent, not rude but not polite. I really appreciate extra special touches offered by staff/hotels - it can enhance your experience so much - but it was entirely missing from this stay. I felt a little slighted with the unexpected extra charges for our family room. I would not stay here again for my next visit.

The lack of communication amongst the staff is a record low for me. I checked in and upgraded my room for my stay for an additional fee, only to be told the next day I had to switch rooms back to my original room. So I had to pack up all my stuff I’d already unpacked. The sinks in both of the rooms I had were clogged. There were holes in the towels. They called and woke me up in the morning two days before my check out date to ask why I hadn’t checked out yet, only for them to realize they had the wrong date. Ordered room service and only half my order came. Reading through the comments here I can also see any complaint about cleanliness were simply met with “we assure you we have high standards and clean the rooms” lol ok. So explain the ants then…explain the holes in the towels. Standards where? I take better care of my home that I pay less money for than I paid for this vacation. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great stay at this hotel :). Amazing hotel, great room with nice view and great service by all the staff. Everyone was so helpful. It was my birthday trip - Diogo went over and beyond by making my birthday trip memorable with sparking wine to wish me happy birthday, suggested great restaurants for dinner and helped me book Tuk Tuk tour of Lisboa.
