Service people are all polite and warm! It’s quiet and clean. Love the pillows!!! Only thing is nothing is in the room, no water, no coffee and no tea. Everything is payable. Small price but just wishing it will be free.

Very Basic . Continental breakfast. Cereal bowls all chipped. More bnb than hotel. No tea coffee in rooms. Near airport but nothing only another hotel around. Very Quiet hotel. nobody around.

I stayed one night at this hotel I arrived at Bilbao airport around 10pm Shuttle of the hotel picked me up The staff was very welcoming The room is very spacious, modern and clean Perfect place if you need to spend a night in Bilbao near the airport

Quiet clean hotel close to the airport with a shuttle.

Very convenient to the airport and generally clean. However, expensive (no breakfast included) and aircon set to 25 degrees in the room! Could not be adjusted so was uncomfortably hot.

No wash cloths, one small trash can,no USB chargers on the nightstands. I thought breakfast was included, but they charged 8 euros.

Great hotel. Great people. Close to airport.

The hotel is a real mix of experiences. Staff friendly. Downstairs facilities poor with large soulless dining area. Although drinks are available bar area is uninspiring with a few bar stools and table. Lounge consists of one unit of chairs put together. Upstairs is another world. Great quality in room and bathroom. A shame as lack of facilities for food make it a one night hotel.

Clean

Having to call for the shuttle only after getting baggage. We couldn’t schedule it the day before and had to wait until we got our luggage the day of. Sitting outside after a late night flight waiting for a shuttle…..I thought that odd. Perhaps the hotel was short staffed?
