When we arrived, there was a leak in the bathroom, but the staff was super quick and fixed it right away. Surprisingly, the room is also very spacious, making it a great place to pray, allowing for plenty of space. Plus, the surrounding area is very accessible.

Friendly, nice, and close to everywhere

The hotel felt old and gloomy, unlike the photos. The carpet in the room felt dusty. At night, the noise from the air conditioning was very annoying.

The bathroom in the executive king bathtub and shower are not separate, so if you take a bath in the bathtub, when you open the bathtub drain it turns out there is a lot of hair, so you have to clean it yourself first to get the hair out, only then can the child soak, maybe it would be better if the bathtub drain was checked every time the bathroom was cleaned. Then the room water was stagnant, it seems the bathroom floor is slanted towards the bottom of the sink, so every time there is water, the water goes towards the bottom of the sink instead of the drain, even every time we try to direct it to the drain, the water comes back again. The food is varied and tastes quite good, the service is friendly, the staff is alert, check in and check out don't take long. Hopefully in the future they can improve the cleanliness of the room facilities

Fun, close to sports arena and snacks

I stayed in three different room types. The rooms were all large. The Junior Suite was especially large with a pool view. The hotel was conveniently located close to everything.

The FO was outstanding. The bellboy and security guard were extremely friendly and helpful.

The taste of the breakfast food seemed to have been cooked for a long time, it was a bit off and smelly, especially the fish and chicken. The room certainly had a musty smell coming from the old carpet and the dark atmosphere of the room due to the color of the room. The bed sheets were old (with holes like cigarettes), and the parking lot was also not that good.

Strategic hotel, close to everywhere.

Old building, but still well maintained with good facilities

The location is quite strategic, right in front of it are two restaurants, one very affordable and the other mid-range. I tried both, both were good in terms of price and taste. The rooms are spacious, although the furniture is still old-fashioned. Overall, this hotel is okay, and if asked if I would come here again, I definitely would.

The hotel is clean, tidy, the rooms are large, the hotel staff are friendly, the hotel location is strategic, there are many culinary places, the breakfast at the hotel is delicious and has many variations, in short, next time I will stay again at Amarossa

4-star class with a rate of 650K but facilities, service 2/10. When I arrived there was no security in the lobby, parking was difficult, the lobby smelled fishy, the hallway smelled fishy, the room smelled fishy. Entering the room the door was a bit difficult to open even though I tried 4 times. The yellow blanket smelled and itchy so I didn't use it. The room smelled musty... many of the room lights were dead, the TV remote was broken. The gym facilities, the pool were not maintained and dusty. The hotel atmosphere was damp and quiet. I swear I don't really recommend it. Disappointed... even though the one in Bekasi looked very luxurious, the one in Bandung was 2/10.

The hotel's cleanliness, from the hallways to the bedrooms, is indeed lacking, and much of the furniture is damaged. I booked the Presidential Suite, hoping for the best room, but it wasn't. Hopefully, hotel management will address this. Thank you.

As a frequent visitor to Bandung, I had high expectations for this 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay didn't reflect the standards of a star-rated hotel. When I first entered the room, it was still dusty, so I had to ask the staff to clean it again. The room facilities appeared poorly maintained, and the toilet looked worn, reducing the comfort of my stay. The swimming pool area also didn't reflect the cleanliness standards of a 4-star hotel, with a lot of leaf litter left behind. This condition made me choose not to take my child swimming for comfort and safety. This is a shame, considering this hotel holds a 4-star rating. I sincerely hope that management will conduct a thorough evaluation and improvements, particularly in aspects of cleanliness, facility maintenance, and service quality, to significantly improve the guest experience in the future.

The hotel staff is friendly. The location is also close to public facilities. It's not far to find food.
