Comfortable atmosphere... It's just that there is a lack of maintenance and there are not enough employees to carry things from the car/room so you are forced to carry your own things from the room to the car.

All staff are friendly, breakfast is a la carte but plentiful, varied, delicious. Satisfactory service. The hotel is cool, shady, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, can do lung therapy, good facilities, spacious parking, there are 2 swimming pools. We went there and took a junior suite, when we opened the door to the room, we immediately saw a view of the swimming pool, there is a garden, and a forest around the hotel.

The staff are all friendly. Minus the wifi that often disconnects, for the beverage I thought it was made from real fruit but it turned out to be packaged but its ok. The menu even though I was asked to choose at the beginning of check in and had been noted down but was still wrong at breakfast time

The only downside is that the room booked did not match reality, otherwise it was fine.

The resort complex is beautiful, and the public areas are well maintained. Note that it is about a 20 minute drive from town, and there’s nothing in the area within walking distance. The price of a Grab ride into town is cheap, but it’s something to keep in mind. My experience of the room itself was really disappointing. The bathroom smells strongly of mold. The design of the bathroom is rather poor (e.g., the floor of the shower is flat rather than angled toward the drain, so water tends to sit and cause mold). I visited two rooms during my stay and both of them had this issue. The hotel’s procedural remediation is to leave the bathroom fan and the air conditioning running at all times, even when the room has no one staying there; obviously this is a very poor idea ecologically. Short of renovating the bathrooms to resolve the structural issues I anticipate the mold issue only worsening over time. If not for this then my stay would have been great, but under the circumstances I recommend that you stay elsewhere.

Clean room, good breakfast, nice view, but no mat. I asked for one but it was not given. So the room was wet after taking a shower.

The vibes of the environment are nice, the room taken is a private 2 bedroom, very private. but unfortunately there is a room charge rule for breakfast delivery to the room, and the plan is to order pizza but it is only available at 1 pm. it's a shame that it should be the hotel's income with us shopping for food but it is hampered by the lunch hour rule. but well, it has become a policy rule. so that it can be input only. btw okay, the place is nice. oh yes, the additional private pool is too deep 150 cm for children so they can't swim.
