The hotel's location is strategic, as it's in the heart of Semarang, making it easy for anyone to travel, whether to the Old Town area, the mosque square, Simpang Lima, Lawang Sewu, or even culinary delights. In terms of location, it's on a regular street, not a protocol street, but quite convenient. However, the road leading to the main road is quite winding. The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable, although the sounds of people talking and walking can be heard in the room. I stayed in a Family Room on the second floor, so because it was a weekend, the bustling atmosphere and the children's excitement were quite audible. But so far, it's safe and doesn't disturb my rest. The food is delicious and varied. Especially on weekends, the hotel staff opens a "food stall" at the entrance, which is great for snacks, from ginger milk to fried foods. The hotel staff are also friendly, and check-in and check-out are smooth. Parking facilities are good, the elevators are a bit noisy, the adult pool is 1.3 meters deep, and the hotel hallways have a somewhat old-fashioned feel, perhaps because the hotel has been around for a while, only changing management (which is possible).

The check-in process took a long time. It was supposed to be at 2 pm, but we got our room at 3 pm. The food was average, the room was clean, and the hotel is close to Soto Bokoran, Kelengan Restaurant, and other culinary delights.

The room is quite spacious, clean, and the staff is polite and friendly. What makes the room uncomfortable is that there is an internet router attached to the drywall and when you turn off the lights, the internet light flashes. I suggest to the hotel management to move it because it is very uncomfortable for me and other guests who want to sleep in the dark. Thank you

I found a tomcat in my room. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the table was still dirty and dusty, and the trash I left on it wasn't thrown away.

There are plenty of culinary options around the hotel worth trying. The downside is that it's located on a one-way street, so you have to make a few detours to get out.

The restaurant was awful, with no flavor. I usually stay at Astop in other areas, and the restaurant is good. I deliberately bought a room with breakfast at a reasonable price. I booked two rooms for two nights, but the food was still awful.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. When we moved rooms, the keys were delivered directly to our rooms. The hotel's ambiance is beautiful, perfect for a staycation. There's an outdoor pool. The food is good, some are average, so far so good.

Wow, it was really fun staying at Quest Hotel. It turned out to be very close to a delicious and viral culinary center. It only took 5 minutes to walk. There was a swimming pool too. The room was clean. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. They helped us check in early.

My favorite hotel when I go to Semarang. The location is comfortable, and there are lots of food stalls around the hotel. The breakfast menu is quite extensive and changes frequently, but unfortunately, it gets cold. Check-in takes a long time.
