A hotel with a strategic location, but can it still be called a 4-star hotel? I think no. The room facilities are standard hotel standards in general, plus there is a refrigerator and balcony. The breakfast menu is not very good, even though the room was fully occupied, but refills took a long time, having to wait 25 minutes for a refill and getting a menu that was not varied. Considering the high price, it is not worth staying here and having breakfast, 6/10.

The hotel's location is strategic, but the hotel is old. Yesterday I took a cottage room, the bathroom was dirty, the hot water didn't work, and the AC wasn't cold.

Coincidentally, when I was staying, there was a repair right above and near my bedroom, so it was very noisy with the workers working and the cleanliness of the bedroom was very minimal, the housekeeper didn't clean the bedroom maximally because the bedroom was very dirty under the bedroom.....

Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout my stay was polite. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the interior looks a bit dated. Wi-Fi worked fine for general browsing, but could be faster for work needs. Breakfast was okay with basic options — not a lot of variety, but enough to start the day. Overall, a good choice if you want a strategic location with a relaxing garden feel. Ideal for short business trips or transit stays in Mataram. I’d consider staying again, especially for the outdoor ambiance and friendly service.
