Spacious, comfortable rooms and low prices 😊😍. But the toilet floor needs to be cleaned as it is slippery and provides clean toilet slippers. They also need to provide iron that can be brought into the room for guests' convenience.

Early entry is ok, if you check in late, you can get a nice x room.

It is okay for a budget hotel and the staff is friendly. There is no kettle in the room but you can ask from front desk for a deposit of Rm50. The bed is hard and the glass door for the toilet may not comfortable for a family if you travel with your parent.

I booked the hotel because it's cheap for a family room and with elevator. But, there was a power failure and the sole elevator malfunctioned. Our room is at level 4 and my elderly parents had trouble walking up/down the steps. There were no alternative rooms at the lower levels. And the promise to fix the elevator was pretty vague. You have to get filtered water from the receptionist area. No free bottled water. The iron you have to go to level one, they said.

Very pleasant location, near the city center and crowds. The staff is very friendly. The hotel does not provide bottled drinks, toothbrushes. Only towels and bar soap are provided. The beds are not too clean, the toilet water tap doesn't work properly. The AC remote does not work, so it cannot be adjusted. What is very nice is the location of the hotel which is close to the center point, night market, just walking distance.

Nice place for a budget vacation. Nice staffs. Awesome.

I choose the hotel, because they have elevator, but when I came there, we have tu use stairs, and there is no elevator.

the hotel is good and clean worth for the price, a bit far to the kraft market, pasar gaya and jeselton jetty, need a transport for elderly. overall is ok.

Hotel okay. Affordable with the price offered. There is no water heater in the room. You can buy flasks at the counter and byr deposit RM 20 for flasks.
