Only 1 day here but very memorable, the service is good, the hotel is clean, the food is quite delicious and has a lot of variety, next time I go to Bandung I will come again 👍

Fast check-in, clean room & cold AC, bathroom shower drain was a bit clogged. Housekeeping was a bit lacking, some items were not refilled, breakfast can be sat outside hot and promised to be offered inside if there is empty, but until breakfast time finished no offer to go inside, even though there were many empty tables from 1 hour before.

The location is in the city center, kids friendly, accompanied by very friendly staff, thank you ☺️

The hotel staff were all friendly and polite. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and cool, with plenty of drinking water and snacks. Overall, it's okay, comfortable, and nice. I tried the cilok, it's really delicious, and the baaso for breakfast. There was a slight problem: I couldn't press the conditioner, so I didn't use it. But it's okay. When I booked the room, I requested a welcome cake and a high floor. It turned out there was no welcome cake when I arrived. The high floor option was indicated according to the room type (read in the elevator). I just found out and it's my first time. Because when I checked in, it wasn't informed whether or not a welcome cake could be requested. .

Previously, we'd heard that this old hotel was haunted. But when we stayed, it didn't feel like that at all. It's an inexpensive, downtown star-rated hotel with a hot tub, a heated pool, and delicious food. However, it's often crowded, with events always taking place.

The best hotel in Bandung!!! My 2-night stay there was really comfortable, especially since the staff were all very friendly and the breakfast menu was extensive and delicious. The hotel's location is also strategic because it's in the center of Bandung, so it's close to everywhere, haha 😊

Nice place and absolutely will come back again

The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with amenities. Although it's a senior hotel, the room was neat, clean, and quiet, making it a great place to rest after a long day at work. I'd definitely stay here again.
